Days seemed to have passed during the internship before Tokoyami, Y/n, and Hawks had to go to Hosu for the extreme crime rate happening there.
Ever since the conversation with the hero and hero-training including the deal that they spoke about, Hawks began to teach Tokoyami every morning before he had to leave for hero duty.
The beaked boy became extremely excited (not that he would ever show it) whenever the hero would begin to practice with him. He didn't know what changed his mind but he was forever grateful.
On the other hand, Hawks has been avoiding Y/n like the plague. It was quite sad actually.
Whenever the pink-haired teen would end up in the same room as the older, he'd dash through the exit in a blink of an eye.
One time, he even went through a window and broke it since she was already standing by the entrance and there was no other way out.
She didn't make an attempt to stop and ask about what was going on since she too was trying to avoid him, however in a more... low-key way. Unlike him, she didn't jump outta the room every chance she'd get so it wasn't hard for her to stay away from him.
Now don't get her wrong, she doesn't really care for his reason- it was actually her reasoning instead that made her actually try. When she woke after their little talk she recalled calling him Keigo.
Now how tf did she know his name?
She knows for a fact he's never mentioned it and every time she tried to think more about it a pounding headache would appear. She knew she shouldn't have left it alone but why investigate when she could just sleep it off?
Plus, she had more things to worry about. She still was having no leads with Eri, because they were in Hosu that meant she didn't have as much access to information- especially with the turn events she foresaw happening with Iida.
The tracker she set on his glasses would activate and beep whenever it'd feel racing pulses near it- that including the wearer.
So now all she had to do now was wait for her tracker to set off it's alarm than she'd be out after him.
Although there were many things that could go wrong with the whole tracker fiasco like him breaking it before it could even serve its purpose (which would undoubtedly make her ticked off since her hard work would've been for nothing), him wearing a different pair, and plenty more.
But she had faith... she thinks.
While she was dozing off with both her thoughts and her familiar need of sleep, a bird-like man was staring at her with terrified eyes.
