Walking away from the operating table, Dr. Cassidy took her phone out of her pocket and dialed the number of her husband.
Her husband who was in a meeting across town recognized that his wife was calling from her special phone. This was the phone she rarely used but when she did, her husband new that his wife was about to deliver some news to the mafia boss that might end with a bullet in her skull.
Not even bothering to excuse himself to his colleagues Mr. Cassidy picked up in the middle of the first ring.
"Hi baby," he spoke in his soothing tone although inside his brain and heart were racing with fear.
Dr. Cassidy spoke the same message each time she dialed his number on this phone, "Thank you for being the best husband ever. And if you stick your dick or have someone stick their dick in you before I've been dead for a full year, I'm haunting you till the point that you kill yourself."
The happy couple spent the next few moments reminiscing about their time together before exchanging I love you's full knowing that this could be the last time they speak to each other.
Taking a few seconds to collect her thoughts, Dr. Cassidy looked over at her team a few with tears in their eyes. Everyone in the room knew in a few minutes there was a possibility that Dr. Cassidy, someone else or everyone on their team would be dead.
Working as the medical team for Reese Smith paid exceptionally well, but each member signed a lengthy contract before coming on board and knew that one of the consequences of a mistake was – death.

Walking out of the operating room, Dr. Cassidy saw the ex-Italian and ex-American mafia bosses holding hands with Ace Smith while all three were fast asleep.
To the outside world this father, father-in-law, son trio looked adorable, but to Dr. Cassidy all she saw was how connected the three would be if they decided to kill her.
Walking over to the safer option- Dr. Cassidy shook awake Francesca Martina telling her the surgery was over. Completely understanding that the doctor was nervous to wake the daunting trio up, Francesca took both heels off and chucked one at her husband straight to his dick. The other heel landed right on her son's hand that was intertwined with his father in law's hand.
The son and father- in law duo jumped from the couch and landed with guns in hand ready to fight while Angelo Martina jumped with both hands on his junk mumbling about not being able to have kids anymore.
Mumbling to herself, "I still got it", Francesca the ex assassin stood up and said, "the doctor is here with news."
