Jeonghan's POV

"Jeonghan! Bow your freaking head if you don't want to die, or do some curtsy!" Wonwoo said while his head bow down on the floor.

But the radiance that the Emperor shines and I cannot bow or do curtsy because of my curiousity.

I was shocked when my head does dragged down to see the floor and I heard some chuckling sound and Wonwoo's nagging voice.

"Stop looking directly at him!" he whisper-shouted.

"Are you the Royal Concubine Yoon?" I heard him speak that made me raise my head and looked directly on his eyes.

"Yes, I Am.."

"Yeppunae..." I heard him whispering and chuckled.

"Mworago?" I asked him.

"I'm sorry My Majesty." Wonwoo interrupted. "I'm still teaching him our culture as well as his home."

The emperor shooked his head, "No worries, Wonwoo."

Then he smiled at me, "Welcome at the heart of Goryeo, Yoon Jeonghan."

I looked at him blankly. "I thought you are cold and intimidating... Why are you smiling at me?"

Everyone surrounds us gasped. Especially the Young eunuch behind His Majesty.

"Y-yah! Why would you say that infront of him?!" The young eunuch asked as if he's scolding me.

"But that is the way I describes him, as well as the other people who interacts with him." I answered.

I looked at Mingyu, who is the one who said that the Emperor is cold and intimidating.

"Mingyu, is it true?" the Emperor asks.

But the bodyguard is looking at the flower of daisy and playing with it like he doesn't have a weapon on his waist.

"Look Your Majesty! The daisies are pretty today!" He exclaimed that made Wonwoo laughed and I looked on to him. He immediately stopped laughing and begins to be serious like he is.

"Babo..." The emperor stated and look again on to me.

"I hope you will visit my hall," his smile shines together with the sunshine sparkles in the pond. "I want to know about you more..."

"And we hope that you won't ask the Emperor something hilarious, ---"

"Lee Chan, stop it." The emperor stops the Young Eunuch.

"Ye.." He answered but he sneers disrespectfully at me. He is too young to be a eunuch but old enough to make sneers like a kid.

"Let's go..." the Emperor said and walks away.

"Yah, Yoon Jeonghan. Why did you said that to the Emperor? He doesn't know that it is the way of people introducing him to foreigns!" Wonwoo scolds me.

"Well..." I smiled to him, "I wasn't inform that I should not say it to him."

"Wonwoo-yah..." I called Wonwoo while looking at the scenery of marketplace from the open area.

"Yes?" he asked.

"I just wonder... Why does the palace looks so empty. And the servants of the Emperor, they are only 25 everytime we walked in to the Grand Hall..." I asked.

"Ahhh... hehehe." He chuckled that made me look on to him.

"Let me get you some tea because the family of Choi is long yet interesting..." He said and went to the kitchen.
