Third Person's POV

3 years later

The Empire gained back its power after the war. The people are now fine and happy. They like Jeoonghan to be the Empress.

Jeonghan is the most loved Concubine of Seungcheol. The other concubines are slightly jealous of him but they can't help but admire the Emperor from afar. Jeonghan also helped His Majesty rule the Empire, which likely made it glorious and golden. Jeonghan also helps the people from Baekje and Silla with their livelihood and agriculture every time he visits the states. He knows that the Baekje and Silla's land areas are healthy to use for farming. Goryeo on the other hand is improving with his help, the marketplace expands as the people from the mountainside are investing their business in Goryeo. Trading and infrastructures are built with his help.

While inside the Palace, Jeonghan built a school for the junior servants. They want every child to learn, to experience being a kid, and to enjoy their youth before they work for themselves. The younger boys are also trained to do household chores, Jeonghan said that gender will never be a hindrance to doing simple house chores. Lastly, every child also has the right to take the court examination if they want to be a public servant. They are free to reach their dreams.

"Abeo-mama!" Seungcheol looked on his right side and he saw his family, walking towards him.

"Hwa-young-ah!" He replied as the kid waved her hand to her father. Jeonghan who is carrying the toddler was smiling brightly at him.

When the two came near to him, Jeonghan put his daughter on the ground. "Give respect to your father, Hwa-young," Jeonghan said and Hwa-young bowed to her father respectively.

"I am here, Abeo-mama." She said like she wasn't like a 3-year-old kid.

"Jeonghannie, stop making the kid like she needs to do it." Seungcheol scolded the Royal Senior Concubine Yoon.

"She needs to learn it before anything else, Your Majesty," Jeonghan replied and Seungcheol didn't argue with his husband and kneeled in front of her daughter.

"Are you ready for later, my beautiful Hwayoung?" Seungcheol asked as he caressed his daughter's cheeks. 

"No, Appa." The Princess said, "I want to play more with Minwoo." 

Mingyu on the other hand laughed. "Minwoo doesn't want to play with me but he was playing with you? That is unfair, Crown Princess." Mingyu said as he jokingly told the Princess.

The Princess thought for a while, and the elders around her waited for her to answer Mingyu.

"Then I will tell Minwoo to  play with you, Uncle Mingyu." The Princess answered which made the laugh even more. 

Seungcheol carried his daughter and smiled, "Minwoo doesn't like the idea but if you tell him, then he should do it." Seungcheol said that made the Princess smile.

"Let's go?" Seungcheol offers his hand to Jeonghan and the latter gladly accepts.

The family of three walked first, abandoning Mingyu who was smiling nonstop. He was happy for his friend. "Wait for us!" He screamed.

"No, stay behind from us!" Jeonghan replied as he laughed.
