(A/n): You all reached the 10 votes so here is part two of I am an Authority Figure.
Character Development: In case anyone is wondering, Rosetta, is my character (Author), she plays the older protective sister. In this story, she is a shy girl who loves her sister very much and is kinda bubbly.
Rosetta (Author) is not actually like this. Rosetta (Author) Is more of a Motorcycle girl who doesn't give a rats ass about what others think and cares for family (Fast and Furious motto), and no she is not bubbly, more a calm, down to earth, strong girl who wears leather gloves and jacket all the time. So no Rosetta is not like this at all.
Warnings: Very Long Chapter! (Fluff and some cursing)
Enjoy the One-shot

Rose grumbled, head spinning as she tried to remember all that happened the previous night. Was it just yesterday that she and her sister ran away from her orphanage, or had it been more than a week, months, or even years? She wiped the tears that welled in the corners of her eyes. Thoughts ran in her head like a headless hen, trying to make sense of anything. She felt no gusts of soft wind hitting her delicate shoulders, no small pokes of grass blades irritating her cheek, and no mud crusted onto her arms or body. She was clean, but how? Swiftly sitting up, her head ached as if she slammed through a brick wall.
She looked around in shock as she found herself concealed in a concrete room, walls surrounding her seemed to shrink by the minutes. She imagined that she would be so cramped that the only way out would be her imagination. Shaking her head from the thought brought more pain. Hissing, she held her head in her hands as tears followed her eyes again.
Where was she? Wasn't she in the woods? Who took her and her sister? Where was her sister? We're they saved, or we're they kidnapped. Tears stream down her face as fear settled deep in her soul. Her hands began to tremble, and her breaths became shallow. The sound of a creek stopped her breath for only a second. A man darkened by the light behind him entered in sow steps. The man walked carefully to the bedside, and with a click of a switch, a lamp lighted up the room in an orange hue.
A man in a blue suit thought his words carefully before answering the small little girl.
"You must be scared, I know. Please, I am not going to harm you. My name is Agent William Fowler, but you can call me Will." He spoke in a soft tone. His voice was gruff with maturity and age.
"Where am I? Where is my sister?" Rose exclaimed in a quiet tone.
"Your sister is awake, and well, she has wanted to see you. I can take you to her if you want. Her room is much homier than this concrete cage." He smiled with a slight chuckle. Should she trust him? She had no other choice. She bounced off the bed with uncertainty in her eyes.

William and Rose walked down the quiet halls that stretch far and wide. Cables hung off the ceiling like serpents in the jungle. The concrete walls loomed over them like giants. Rose ran over to Will's side and hugged his arm, looking forward instead of behind. Will looked down at the small girl with a comforting smile. Hefty thumps echoed on the concrete floor in waves. Rose stopped in her tracks, looking around her.
"It's alright. Some scientists here work on the base to fortify it. Nothing is going to harm you." Though she didn't understand most of the words he said, she could feel the safety laced in his voice. She once again clung to his arm.
Fowler pressed a button on his ear, turning his head to the wall, though he said in a whisper she heard every word he spoke into the wall.
"Prime, tell your bots to quiet down. The girl is walking with me and can feel your footsteps." Footsteps? What was so large that Rose could hear the footsteps through the walls? Rose let go of his arm and ran in a panic. Fowler's footsteps could be heard behind her, slowly catching up. Where was her sister? Why were they brought there? What was it that could make those heavy footsteps? Thoughts plagued her mind. Running into a large open room, she finally stopped.
