Izuku's eyebrows furrowed as he struggled to open his eyes. Why was he so tired?
"Izuku? Are you awake?" A very familiar voice asked quietly to the right of him.
Izuku whined softly and attempted to reach out to whoever was speaking to him. "Zawa?"
A much larger hand reached out to gently hold his.
"Yes, Izuku. It's Aizawa. I'm here." The man said softly.
"Wh-where's Kei?" Izuku asked.
"I'm right here baby bird."
Izuku almost cried when he heard his big brother's voice. "K-Kei!" He struggled to open his eyes, desperate to see for himself that both Kei and him were okay and out of that horrible place.
"Hi baby bird!" Keigo smiled at him.
Izuku reached out his arms with tears in his eyes. "C-can I have a hug please?"
Izuku almost missed the tears that appeared in the corners of Keigo's eyes as he wrapped his arms around him.
"Of course birdie! I'm always willing to give my favorite little bro a hug!"
"Speaking of brothers, have you seen Dabi?" Izuku asked.
"Yes actually." Aizawa spoke up. "I talked to him a few days ago."
"I texted him already." Keigo added. "He should be here soon."
"Oh! and Hitoshi!" Izuku exclaimed. "I'm sure he's really worried about me."
"We'll try to get in touch with him." Aizawa said as he ruffled Izuku's curls. "I missed you, kid."

Hitoshi sighed as he stared down at the soup his mom made. Soup that was quickly getting cold.
"Hitoshi." His mom said softly, glancing at him with concern. "What's wrong? You've been acting very strange the last few days."
"It's nothing." Hitoshi mumbled.
"Son, I know you're lying. Now tell us the truth, please." His dad prompted gently.
"I-I just..." Hitoshi trailed off for a moment, "it's just...my best friend has been missed for days now and it's all my fault and I don't know where he is or if he's okay! I don't know what to do and I'm so worried that I'll never see him again! I just...miss him. A lot." by the time he stopped to take a breath he realized that he realized he was crying.
"Oh Toshi." Aiya cooed. "My poor baby." She quickly ran over to him and pulled him into her arms. "I'm sure its not your fault, honey. Sometimes bad things happen and it's because of you."
"Your mother's right, son. I'm so sorry your friend is missing, but don't blame yourself."
All the kind words just made Hitoshi sob more. "B-but I don't know if I'll e-ever see him a-again! Wh-what if he's dead, and if he is it will be all my fault! Then I really will be a villain..."
"Hitoshi..." His mom cried. "Don't you dare say that about yourself! You are a great friend, and you are certainly NOT a villain."
"Your mother is right, son." Minato said softly, rubbing his back to provide comfort. "You are not a villain, and you never will be. Your are our precious boy and we love you so much. So please, don't say those things about yourself. Do you think your friend would want you thinking that way?"
Hitoshi shook his head slowly. "N-no...no of course he wouldn't." He laughed softly. "He would probably hit me over the head for thinking that way."
"He sounds like a great friend, sweetie." Aiya smiled. "Hopefully we will be able to meet him one day."
Hitoshi sniffled. "I hope so."
They continued eating their dinner chatting every now and then about their days, when they heard a series of loud knocks at their door.
Hitoshi leaped to his feet and ran for the door, yanking it open once he reached it. His eyes widened in surprise once he realized who was at the door. It was Izuku's supposed older brother.
"What are you doing here?" Hitoshi asked with a frown.
The man stood in the doorway for a few moments trying to catch his breath, appearing as if he had just ran a marathon.
"I...just thought" he took a second to cough before he continued, "you might want...to know...that" wheeze, "that...they found Izuku!"
Hitoshi's jaw dropped. "They what?"
"My friends...they found him. I thought...that you might want to...know."
"I-is he okay?"
"Yes. Well...as okay as he can be. I think." The man contemplated for a minute. "Keigo didn't really give me many details."
"Mom! Dad!" Hitoshi looked up at his parents who were now standing beside him. "Can we go see him? Please?"
"Of course honey." His mom smiled, she turned to face the man at their door. "Did you want to ride with us?"
"That would be great, thank you so much." He said gratefully. "My name is Dabi by the way. It is very nice to meet you."
"My name is Suzuki Aiya and this is my husband Suzuki Minato. It's very nice to meet you as well."
"I'll go get the car started." Minato said, already walking to the garage.

It didn't take long at all for the small family and Dabi to make it to the hospital where Izuku was at.
Hitoshi and Dabi both raced for his room once one of the nurses directed them in the right direction. They were immediately reprimanded by several people on there way about how disrespectful it was to run in a hospital, so they slowed down to a fast walk which seemed to satisfy those who were displeased.
They finally made it to room 217, where Izuku was currently residing, and hurried through the door.
"Izuku!" Hitoshi cried the moment he spotted his best friend curled up in blankets on the hospital bed, looking happier than he had in a very long time.
"Toshi!" Izuku screeched with excitement, opening his arms inviting him in for a hug.
Hitoshi readily accepted, launching himself into his friends arms, tears running down his face.
"I-Izuku...I missed you so much! I thought you were dead and it was all my fault!"
"I'm okay, Toshi. Please don't cry." Izuku petted Hitoshi's fluffy purple hair to comfort him. He looked up and smiled when he noticed Dabi standing at the end of his bed with a soft smile on his face and tears in his eyes.
"Touya!" Izuku cried, but then quickly clapped his hand over his mouth. "Oops."
Touya laughed. "Oh forget the whole secret identity thing, kid. I'm just glad you're okay." He walked to to him and gave him a hug, including Hitoshi in it as well, prompting Keigo to join in as well.
"I guess I can't be missing out now can I?" Aizawa huffed, trying to sound annoyed as he joined the group hug.
"Don't forget about me!" Hizashi screeched doing his best to hug everyone.
"I like this." Izuku whispered softly. "I feel so happy...so free."
