The Nightmare

Shinobu pov:

"master!!" was the last words I heard before this stupid demon is going to eat me. Take him to hell for me Kanao, I can't wait to see this demon die and suffer in hell! I felt my breath disappear and my body just stopped. I couldn't move it anymore and-

What the- I woke up and looked around. The dream wasn't that scary, it was just something about it. I rubbed my eyes to see better. It was just me in this room, no one else... It was kinda lonely. Kanao was mentioned in that dream, maybe I can talk to her about it. What about that thing that killed me in the dream? Is that a real human? It wasn't exactly human in my dream.

"Shinobu! Are you ok?" I heard my sister, Kanae, say behind the door. I only looked at the door, I kinda forgot to answer. "Shinobu?" yes! I suddenly said, it kinda scared me... Isn't that funny, my own yes scared me. I chuckled a little and stood up from the bed. I walked to the door and opened it. "yes I am ok, I only had a confusing nightmare" I said with a smile.

"since you're awake, maybe we should get ready for school? Maybe we can take a bath or a shower in time too!" she said happily and walked away. My sister has always been so kind, I tried to make my personality a little like hers so I could show my respect. But whatever I do, I am never going to be as kind and caring as Kanae. "where is Kanao? I need to talk to her" I shouted(not in an angry way) down to her while getting ready. I took my tooth brush and brushed my teeth while changing clothes to my school uniform.

"she is on a walk with tanjiro, you have to wait for her to come back" she shouted back. After I was done brushing my teeths and changing to my uniform, I just waited for Kanao to come back. I didn't bother showing, I showered yesterday. "here is breakfast" Kanae said with a warm tone and gave me a plate with bread and things I could have on the bread.

"I think I see Kanao in the window, she is coming soon" she said and made food for herself. Kanao was adopted, but we treated her as if she was blood related. She was a little shy and had only made two friends at school, Nezuko and Tanjiro. But they got along very well, so she didn't need that much more friends. That was what she said at least. "I am home" Kanao said quietly while walking through the door.

"Kanao! I have to talk to you" I said and took her arm and ran to my room. "I had a weird nightmare this night. It wasn't that scary, but it gave me a weird feeling. Like if it actually happened..." I said to Kanao. She looked at me worried. "you were also in that dream, I was getting killed by something... And you shouted master, that was the only thing I heard other than my thoughts. There were no one else than you, me and a weird creature there. So I thought maybe you knew something" I said. It sounded weird when I said it out loud maybe it was just a normal nightmare.

Kanao was looking at the ground, she was trying so hard she could to remember if there was something. "I am sorry but... No I do not remember anything like that" she said while having a disappointing look on her face, she must be disappointed in herself. "it's ok! It was probably just a stupid little nightmare!" I said and hugged her and then walked away. I couldn't get it out of my head tho, but I had to think of it later. It was school now and I needed to get ready.

~time skip~

"Fine then, today class... There is a new student. Her name is Mitsuri Kanroji, she is new in this city. So she doesn't know much about this place. So I am going to ask someone if they wanted to help her around the school and the city." I raised my hand, three others did too. It was me, rengoku, tanjiro and Obanai?! Obanai doesn't often care about new people, maybe he already knew her?. "Shinobu, you show Mitsuri around. You get this day and your free time, I hope you can help her as much as you can..." the teacher sounded tired, not gonna lie but he always sound tired. I bet he is really tired of this class.

"you can meet her at the school gate, she will be waiting for whoever will help her look around" he said and I walked out of the classroom. Just when I closed the door, Obanai gave me a death glare. He didn't like the idea with me helping that girl around I guess. I walked down the hallway and looked out the school's windows, I could see a girl standing down with the gate. A beautiful girl with pink and green hair and I could even see her green beautiful eyes. My heart was beating very fast. It couldn't stop either, it was just continuing to beat extremely fast. "watch out!" someone screamed before I hit the wall. I should've probably focused on where I was walking, I don't even know if I was walking at that moment.

"hi!" the girl said to me when she saw me walking her direction. "hi, My name is Shinobu Kocho! Is your name Mitsuri by any chance?" I asked her. She was even more beautiful when close. "yes! My name is Mitsuri! Are you the one to show me different places here?" she said, kinda blushing. Probably embarrassment. "yup, I hope we can get along" I said as we started walking to different places in the school. I showed her the library, the pool, the different classrooms we have, some clubs and the outside. "this is the kitchen, we often bake her since our class love baking." I said to Mitsuri. "I love baking! Especially something sweet!!" she screamed out in excitement. She was so adorable, I couldn't help but blush a little.

"huh? Oh sorry!! I didn't mean to scream out like that, I just find baking a really fun activity to do! I love sweets and food in general you now!" she was still smiling and almost crying in excitement. I smiled at her. "maybe we can make something here sometime..." I said as I took her arm and gently dragged her away from the kitchen. I took her outside the school, because now it was time to check out the city! I showed her around the city and she seemed very happy with the city. She loved the restaurants, she must really love food. That just makes her even more adorable!

"thank you very much! It's getting a little late... So I think I have to go home, I know so much as I need now! Thank you very much, I hope we can hang out more later!" Mitsuri Said and walked away. I was just standing there smiling with my eyes closed. I was unsure if I wanted to run after her and say that we are friends now or if I was going to just stand here in the dark and smile. I didn't run after her, but I said to myself that I was going to talk to her tomorrow. When I got home I couldn't help but blush a little more, she was so adorable!! I have never met someone as cute and awesome as her...

"Shinobu! I was worried!!" I saw Kanae come running worried to me. "I was just showing the new girl around, oh yeah- there is a new girl in my class" I smiled and hugged Kanae. "sorry for making you worried! I completely forgot to talk to you" I said and stopped hugging her. I smiled and walked away. I went to my room and laid down on my bed. I wish Mitsuri was here, I could've liked having a friend in my room. The only person other than Kanao and Kanae that has been in my room is giyuu. But sadly he had to move away.

I was thinking about Mitsuri, it was only Mitsuri in my head until I fell asleep. No more nightmares please... I just wanna dream about mitsuri.
