Makoto was already awake, making breakfast for Kyoko after she had a rough day yesterday. He wanted her to feel better, so he was going to do anything in his power to do so. Makoto finished making breakfast and took it to their bedroom. "Kyoko... wake up," Makoto said, softly nudging Kyoko's shoulder. Kyoko stalled and wanted to say, "five more minutes..." but she was too tired to even speak. Instead, she just scooted up, and slowly opened her eyes. Makoto smiled sweetly at her, planting a kiss on her forehead. "Good morning, darling," Makoto said, in a soft voice. Kyoko smiled, taking the breakfast from Makoto's hands. "Thank you, sweetie..." Kyoko said, kissing Makoto's head. Kyoko slowly started eating, while Makoto made his way to the bed. He sat next to her, helping her eat so she wouldn't waste her energy. Soon enough, Kyoko finished eating and began to snuggle against Makoto. Makoto kissed Kyoko, which Kyoko obliged immediately. When they stopped, they were left breathless. They snuggled close and fell asleep.

Fell asleep in each other's embrace.
