But First I'm Going to tell a story about how I got through it and How It Affected me after losing my sister to it

Lots of People Deal With Suicidal Thoughts Per Day, Even I Did, there are approximately 18 suicides in the world per day, approximately,83,333 per month and Approximately a million per year, Males Are More Likely To Commit Suicide then Females

I Brookelynn Ella Taylor-Fitz Grey-Herrera-Sloane, Lost My Sister Katie-Madison Montgomery-Dilaurentis-Rivers, To Suicide In September 2018, She Slit her wrists while I was at my other sister Melissa's ultrasound, I Came Home to No Sound and Called Katie's Name. No Response. I Thought she might have gone out. So I Checked Her room. Nope. The Front room . Nope. My Room. Nope. My Nieces Room. Nope. Then I Checked The Bathroom. She Was Lying on the bathroom floor. She Had Cut her wrists. My House Was Dead Silent, Even With 7 people living there. Katie was gone. My World Fell to Pieces. I Called the Police

P- 911 What's Your Emergency

B- I Think My Sister Committed Suicide

p- We'll Be Right there

I Thought She Was gone forever. turns out she was. The Police arrived with the coroner. The Police asked for her details, Her Name. Her age. Her Height. Her Spouse's Name.

I Fell To Pieces. I Locked Myself In my Room and Fell into a deep depression. I Didnt do anything for weeks, months. I didn't eat, I Didnt Sleep.

People Will Hurt. They Will Miss You.

You might be feeling so upset, angry and in pain that you believe these feelings will never end. But it's important to remember that they cannot and will not last. Like all feelings, these ones will pass.

There are steps you can take right now to stop yourself from acting on your suicidal thoughts. Everyone is different, so it's about finding what works best for you.

These are some practical tips that other people have found helpful when they've felt suicidal.

Get through the next five minutes

Taking things minute by minute can help make things more bearable. Reward yourself each time five minutes have passed.

Remove anything you could use to harm yourself

Remove any items or things you could use to harm yourself, or ask someone else to remove these for you. If you're in an unsafe location, move away to somewhere safer.

Follow your safety plan or crisis plan

If you have a or in place, follow it.

These plans are a good way to save ideas for helping yourself when you feel unwell.

Tell someone how you're feeling

Whether it's a friend, family member or even a pet, telling someone else how you're feeling can help you feel less alone and more in control.

When it got really bad and the temptation to harm myself was really bad I would get my family to hide dangerous things away and go to bed.
