13. First Meeting

"Seems like something interesting is happening there. Should we head in Mitsuko-Sama?" Sora said as she heard the commotion in the garden.

Mitsuko said nothing but smile and nod. Sora immediately turn into a normal size crow and flew towards the garden to announce Mitsuko's arrival. 

Mitsuko walks slowly, not in a hurry whatsoever. 

"Tanjiro, you must also learn to mind your words" Kagaya said

"Yes sir" Tanjiro replied 

"With that said, Sanemi-" Kagaya was suddenly interrupted

"Caw! Mitsuko-Sama has arrived!"

Every of the hashira immediately glared at the unknown crow for interrupting Kagaya. Kagaya's eyes slightly widened and he immediately turn towards the door and slowly bowed with the help of his children. The hashira eyes widened at the sight of their master bowing at this unknown person. 

Gyomei also bowed his head more, making Mitsuri who was beside him confuse. Shinobu followed Gyomei's action as well. 

A figure soon appeared, the figure looks like she is 19 years old, has fair skin with pointy ears, golden eyes, long white hair that was hairstyled into half up half down. Has crescent moon on her forehead, two stripes on each cheeks, and a magenta stripe on each eyelid.

What alert them was the slit pupils on her eyes.

"Demon! Stay away from Oyakata-Sama!" As he lunged forward to attack Mitsuko, the attack was blocked by Sora who turn back into her human form. 

"How dare you attack Mitsuko-Sama!" She glared

"Sanemi, please put your sword down" Kagaya said, Sanemi was about to speak up but seeing the firm look on Kagaya's face, he immediately sheath his sword and went back to his original position. 

"Mitsuko-Sama, you're arrival was unexpected. My apologies for the inconvenience" Kagaya bowed 

"Mitsuko-Sama it is good to see you again, I pray for your continuous health" Gyomei said shocking the other hashiras.

'Her smell, it's different then any other demons I've ever encountered before' Tanjiro thought, to him it was weird. Every demon always has at least a small trace of Kibutsuji Muzan's blood but Mitsuko doesn't have any.

"It was my fault for not informing you, no need to bow" Mitsuko shook her head as she smiled softly and gently helped Kagaya stand up. Her voice and tone is the same type as Kagaya, pleasing to the ear and soothing. 

"My children, I would like you to meet Mitsuko-Sama. Please treat her well" Kagaya smiled

"Forgive me Oyakata-Sama but what is the meaning of this? First Tanjiro Kamado and then them!" Sanemi glared at Sora and Mitsuko, feeling furious at the sight of demons in the demon slayer headquarters. Sora glared back taking a step but got stopped by Mitsuko who grab her hand.

Mitsuko glance at Sora and it was enough to make Sora step back and went to her original position. 

"Shinazugawa-San. Calm down" Gyomei said firmly as he sense Sanemi's killing intent. 

"I expect all of you to respect Mitsuko-Sama" Kagaya said firmly leaving no chance for negotiation. 

Mitsuko zoned out and looks up towards the sky. The weather was nice, she wished Kagaya can see it more clearly. 

Her trance broke when Kagaya called her "Mitsuko-Sama, please take a seat. The meeting is gonna start" 

Mitsuko stared blankly at him before sitting down at the place that his children had prepared for her. 

Not long after, the meeting started. Kagaya sat beside Mitsuko and smiled at the hashira. 

"Mitsuko-Sama and Sora-Sama may be a demon but they are not a demon made by Kibutsuji Muzan. It is not my place to tell you as I also don't know the full story, but Mitsuko-Sama and Sora-Sama has guided me ever since I was a child, there for they are my mentor and I too, sometimes still seek their guidance. They are also an ally of the organization since the era of my grandfather ruling until now. So please treat them with respect"

"As you wish Oyakata-Sama" The hashira obediently replied. Except Gyomei and Shinobu, the others weren't fond of the idea but it was a direct order and request from their master so they had no choice but to accept.

Thus the Hashira meeting continued....
