it's has been exactly one year today since the blaze of kamino had occurred. ever since that date, the ward — even the city yokohama — has indeed not recovered from its unexpected twist of events. thousands upon thousands of citizens have watched their family members, lovers and friends accept their demise, unwillingly and willingly. the government has been ran drive of their money, attempting to find spare change to spend on basic necessities for every human being upon the hefty expenses of the mass destruction she has caused.

and that's only the tip of the iceberg of the many
tragedies people had to suffer through.

the league of villains were forced to lay low this year, particularly villains such as (and excusing the obvious) dabi as his quirk was used and tomura because he was associated with all for one and of course, y/n. they couldn't be seen out in public at all in the chance of them being tracking down their location to y/n.

dabi and tomura would have late night discussion on how stressful their situation was. dabi didn't hate his hatred for y/n — well he limited his truth in case tomura want lash out on him. although, tomura didn't blame him for his anger, only to dabi and dabi alone that he wished he had y/n's power and y/n wouldn't get in their way all the time.

as much as he loved her, like your typical little sister she was quite bothersome.

inside the safe walls of their hide out, the league of villains watched the broadcast of the many many misfortunes of kamino. toga found to rather entertaining to watch, dabi wasn't pleased as even though it was y/n it was his quirk she used. tomura had flee the group and to find the culprit behind all of this.

y/n.

ever since that day, y/n had completely shut out everyone from her life and trapped herself in her room. 'twas only recently when magne was the first to visit y/n. she (as in magne) told the group that y/n would also peak through the door to see if she was there, and when she was they would cuddle the day away, in pure silence.

they did the same today. tomura always wondered why magne, considering that y/n known her for only a few weeks and now a year. the villain knocked on her door, a few moments pass and magne greets him, shutting the door behind her.

"how is she?" tomura inquired, not afraid to hide his concern.

magne sighed tiredly, "she's doing a little bit better, still have those nightmares of that night. i feel so bad for her."

"me too," agreed shigaraki, shaking his head gently, "i need to see her."

"good luck."

tomura had announced his presence through the closed door before opening it, immediately greeted with faint darkness. his red eyes curiously scanned the room, his breath escaped his lungs in shock at the sight of thousands of words painted messily in black paint on the floors and walls. words such as monster, freak, and worthless were plastered everywhere.

"you know, you are none of those words," tomura's voice was enough for y/n to sink deeper into her bed covers. ever since that day, y/n was genuinely horrified to talk to tomura. she didn't want to hear what he would want to say.

even if it was good or bad because she knew her brain would find a way to fuck it up somehow.

"i did feel like all of those things," y/n solemnly replied, "but now... i don't really feel anything." she giggled softly with a hint of sadness.

tomura came into this conversation prepared with many words of encouragement and praise for y/n,
but he never expected her to be this way. a way he couldn't describe with anything but the word off, there was something off about y/n.

"everything okay with you..?" tomura hesitated to ask another question, his eyes rested upon y/n who arose from her bed, her head peaking out from covers.

it wasn't present on tomura's face but he was little pleased at the fact that either herself or magne took their time catering to y/n's hair. she had her hair in different braids this time.

"i don't know!" y/n replied rather eccentricity, she stood from her bed and smiled crazily, she proclaimed, "i don't wanna know!"

with hesitation, tomura asked again, growing more and more nervous, "what do you mean...?"

"feelings have too much weight to them, y'know?" y/n claimed wandering around in her dim room, "they cause to do so many things... now, i just don't wanna feel anything anymore.

the girl glanced out her window, her warm fingers cooling down by the coldness the window possessed, "that fire... it taught me a lot of things about myself. sure, it killed people, but at least people get to feel pain for once until of it just being me."

"what the fuck is wrong with you?" shigaraki marched towards the girl, he firmly gripped her shoulder to turn her around. the clearly irritated leader was beyond disgusted at her careless behaviour, "don't you have any understanding of what you just did!?"

"tell me," smugly yet emotionlessly, she asked.

"you... you!" shigaraki stammered over his words as his hand twisted at his side. one of way tomura would solve his problems was through his quirk, all for one taught him that, but he couldn't just kill y/n, he couldn't live with himself he did so.

y/n's eyes journeyed down to his hand, there was something in y/n that made her smile briefly before looking back up tomura. she lifted her head high enough, giving him enough space to kill her if he wanted to.

"do it," y/n plainly declared, nodding her head at him, "i'm not scared. i know you want to, i hear what you said to dabi that you wanted to me to get out of your way, this is your chance."

"y/n, don't be ridiculous," shigaraki responded like a parent to their child.

"i'm not being ridiculous," y/n remarked, copying his tone, "those were your words, your feelings, your imagination and now your reality."

it was as if all for one was here right now, talking to tomura in the body of y/n. it was horrifying how much she was like him, hell even worse than, shigaraki ever expected.

"i'm not going kill you," tomura declared in a serious manner, stepping away from y/n, "you... you just need to time to yourself-"

"tomura!" y/n called out to her brother in a sudden change of attitude, she was suddenly very troubled as she reached out to him with her hand.

"what?"

"completely forget this conversation and if you ever wondering where i am, i am dead."
