today is the day. drew and i are finally getting married. i'm trying to ignore the dad thing that happened a few weeks ago, but it's hard. i invited my sister. i don't blame her for leaving at all. she had that right, but my father didn't. i needed him.
madelyn and madison burst into my room, distracting me from my negative thoughts.
we're doing the wedding ceremony in a field behind drew's family's house. it's absolutely beautiful.
"girl, i know your family sucks right now, but you're getting fucking married." madelyn says, placing her hand on my shoulder. madison joins us with looking at our reflections in the mirror.

"okay, now let's get you ready." madison smiles.
