Chapter 38 - Sonic Vs. Naushuo

Sonic was deep into the woods with his sword in hand trying to find Naushuo.

It didn't take him long to find him when he caught a glimpse of him, sitting on a tree branch and looking down on him with a smirk on his face.

Sonic glared at Naushuo and said, "Alright Naushuo! Get your butt down here and fight!"

Naushuo flew down and said, "Well if you're looking for a fight then, by Mistress Mallaura's will you have one Sonic The Nightopia Warrior."

Sonic was a little flattered by the title but is not too pleased to see Naushuo's face. He then said as he pulls out the sword, "Well now. It's time for the fight Naushuo. You and me. One on one!"

Naushuo chuckled evilly and said, "You are on!! I will make sure that you will no longer be in Mistress Mallaura's way ever again!"

Sonic gets into his fighting position as his orange ideya of determination glowed as parts of his quills glowed.  That's when the two started to fight one on one. Naushuo punched Sonic in the face but Sonic resisted and used a star fall attack on Naushuo which he dodged every single star but one star hit Naushuo in the head.

It stunned him. That's when Sonic spindashed him to a tree and Naushuo used his lightning attack but Sonic dodged it.

Sonic then said as he raised his sword in front of Naushuo, "THIS IS FOR NIGHTS!!" Naushuo's eyes widened and said, "N-no wait a minute!!"

Before he can finish his sentence Sonic slashed Naushuo's persona in half. When the persona was sliced in half, Naushuo screamed and transformed into a brighter version of  himself.

Naushuo groaned and felt his head as he asked, "Oh Nightopian halo's what happened?"

Sonic raised a brow before Wizelight appeared and said, "You did it Sonic. You freed The orange ideya guardian." Sonic asked himself, "I have?"

Sonic shook his head fast and said, "I mean. Yeah I have."

Wizelight chuckled before Naushuo looked to see Wizelight and said in relief, "My lord. Thank the stars it's you."

Wizelight gave his hand and helped Naushuo up. Naushuo turn to Sonic and said, "Bless you fast one. You freed me. But Mallaura ain't giving up due to me being free."

Sonic replied as he put his sword away, "Don't worry. I'm getting the hang of it. So your the orange ideya guardian?"

Naushuo nodded and said, "Yes. I am." Sonic asked, "How come...?"

Naushuo said as he raised a hand, "Please fast one. I'll explain everything once we get back to the dream gate." Wizelight said, "He's right let's head back." Sonic nods as the three headed back to the dream world.
