Our Promise ~ 2yeon

"I thought you'd never ask" she said to me and leaned in to kiss me.

I felt electricity flow through my body as our lips touched and I wanted nothing more in the world. I didn't want this moment to end- it felt like I was in heaven.

As we pulled away, I couldn't help but smile and blush. I'd had a crush on Jeongyeon for a while now and I couldn't truly believe this was happening. I pinched myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming and sure enough, it was real.

"Nayeon- I never realised you felt this way about me"

"I have for a while now Jeongyeon. I never realised you felt like this about me either." I replied, my voice slightly shaking as I was still in shock.

"Oh Nayeon who wouldn't? You're perfect." She whispered to me, making me blush even more.

"You're perfect too Jeongyeon. You know that?"

I had barely finished my sentence when she leaned in for another kiss and I happily welcomed it. Oh how I wish this could last forever. I couldn't think of anything else that could make me as happy and electrified as this.

"Jeongie, thank you"

"For what baby?"

"Making me feel like this. You must have some kind of magic in you or something."

"Nay Nay, you make me feel the same. I've always wondered what kind of magic possessed you to make you so perfect."

I became shy and wondered if it was possible to fall even more in love.

"Oh and one more thing."

"What is it ?" I asked.

"Would you be my girlfriend?"

"Of course I would"

As we walked out, I was still smiling and me and Jeongyeon couldn't help but stare lovingly at each other. I walked towards the bus stop when she said to me
"Don't leave me. Come to mine"

I of course said yes and followed her to her place. It was only a 5 minute walk so it wasn't too late when we got there.

She lived in a cosy 2 bedroom apartment that was decorated with splashes of pink and plants.

"Your place is so pretty!" I said to her

"Aw thanks! I've been working on it for a while and I really like it."

We sat on her couch for a while and watched some Disney movies before we got ready for bed. I walked towards the spare room when I was stopped by Jeongyeon.
"Don't sleep in there, it's always cold. Sleep with me instead."

"If you insist" I said, jokingly rolling my eyes.

"Last one to the bed has to make breakfast in the morning!" She shouted and we both giggled our way to her bed. I jumped on a split second after her which meant I had to make breakfast for us tomorrow.

We started laughing even more until we eventually calmed down and went to lie down.

"Kiss me please Nayeon" Jeongyeon asked before she laid down. I kissed her before we both laid down and said goodnight.

I awoke to Jeongyeon's arms wrapped around me, keeping me safe and warm. I didn't want to move so I didn't. She woke up a little while after me, noticed I was awake and rubbed my back as she muttered good morning.

I love it when she rubs my back- it's so comforting and makes me feel loved.

"I love it when you do that" I whispered

"I'm glad." She whispered back. "If I'm correct, you should be making breakfast today."

"Oh yeah..." I began "What do you want?"

"Pancakes" she replied with a smile on her face.

I stumbled my way to the kitchen to start making the pancakes. Jeongyeon snuck up behind me which made me drop eggshell into the mix.

I picked them out and waved my egg-covered hands in her face as payback.

"Ewwwww" she screamed and ran away from me. "What was that for"

"You made me drop the eggshell in in the first place"

"Fair enough"

I grabbed some Nutella, sugar and an assortment of fruits and placed on the table. I ended up cooking 5 large pancakes and placing them all on the table.

We ate them quickly and got ready for the day.
I started blasting IU and we both started dancing for hours and hours.

It was fun but we eventually left to go out. We left at around 11 and made our way on the bus to the theme park.

I hadn't been in a while and was really excited to be going with Jeongyeon. This was gonna be fun.
