"What?" I said, unable to believe that there was anything else that could go wrong.

"This hospital right?" Irene said, panicked.

"No, the one in Gangnam."

"Gangnam?!" I said, "But that's on the other side of the city.

"I know Nayeon, I know."

I ran into the room, trying to figure out if I should stay here or go to Gangnam.

"Dad, Soo, I need to speak to you both."

We walked over to the corner of the room and sat down.

"Sana, Momo and Jihyo are in the hospital and I don't know what to do. I want to stay here with mum but I want to go and see them and make sure they're ok and they're all the way in Gangnam."

"We'll stay here with mum, go and make sure Sana Momo and Jihyo are going ok. I'll let you know if anything happens to mum."

"I'm here to see Minatozakia Sana, Hirai Momo and Park Jihyo."

"And the two behind you?" The receptionist said, looking over my shoulder.

"Yes. They're with me."

"Park Jihyo is in surgery currently, Hirai Momo is in room 12 in the blue ward and Minatozaki Sana is in room 4 in the ICU." She said.

"The ICU?" I said to Jeongyeon and Irene as we walked off.

"Let's go to her first. She's on the second floor, Momo's on the fourth and we can't see Jihyo at the moment." Irene said, reading the sign next to the lift and trying not to sound worried.

We ran into Sana's room and saw Dahyun sitting on a chair next to her like we were with my mum earlier.

She turned around when she heard the door open and gave a small smile and hello.

"They were in an accident. Jihyo has glass all over her legs and broke her wrist and a rib. Momo broke her foot, leg and arm and Sana..." she trailed off.

"What's wrong with Sana?" I heard Jeongyeon mumble behind me.

"She had a plank of wood pierce through her abdomen and she lost a lot of blood. She also has suspected whiplash and um, well I guess the reason she's here is because um..."

Her voice began to break and her eyes welled up with tears, barely able to get the words out.
We all ran over to hug her and let her take her time.

"She has sepsis." She blurted out eventually.

The room went silent. We were all so shocked that something so serious could happen to someone we cared so much about.

"Wait when was the accident?" Irene said.

"Yesterday afternoon. I didn't find out until hours later from Sana's parents and I'm guessing you didn't find out until now."

My legs felt weak and I was trying not to cry. I sat down in a chair next to the door, blocking out all of the sounds around me. All of the machines beeping and Dahyun, Irene and Jeongyeon talking and the clock ticking on the wall.

When I came back to reality, the talking had stopped. The only noise was the clock ticking and machines beeping. It was 12:34. Probably nearing 24 hours since the accident.

Sana began to stir and wake up. A few nurses and doctors came in to take blood, give her antibiotics and put something in her IV.

"Dahyun Jihyo's out of surgery. It went well, we removed the last of the glass and she's woken up. You can go see her in about 10 minutes if you want." The nurse said before she left.

"Nayeon! And Irene and Jeongyeon! Hi!"

"Hi Momo, how are you?

I was glad Momo was doing better than the other two.

"Could be better, the food here is kinda gross and there hasn't been any jokbal at all."

We laughed. It was good she hasn't lost her humour despite breaking a few bones.

"Well Momo, you'll be pleased to hear that jokbal is on the menu for tonight."

It was an unfamiliar voice but one that reminded me of an old friend.

Irene and I turned around in unison and shouted out "Mina!".

"Irene, Nayeon! Now isn't the most appropriate time for a reunion but I'm glad to see you none the less."

"You guys know Mina?" Momo said and we all let out a laugh.

"We went to tutor together for years." Irene explained.

Luckily, Momo was doing very well and was allowed to go home within a few days.
