Monday morning Ursa gets up in a good mood. She goes into the common room to see a small group of people gathered around the notice board. "What's so interesting?" Ursa asks.

"Umbridge just disbanded all teams, clubs, and groups." Draco says.

"What?!" Ursa exclaims before shoving past the small crowd to the notice board. "'By order of the High Inquisitor of Hogwarts: All Student Organizations, Societies, Teams, Groups, and Clubs are henceforth disbanded. An Organization, Society, Team, Group, or Club is hereby defined as a regular meeting of three or more students. Permission to re-form may be sought from the High Inquisitor (Professor Umbridge). No Student Organization, Society, Team, Group, or Club may exist without the knowledge and approval of the High Inquisitor. Any student found to have formed, or to belong to, an Organization, Society, Team, Group, or Club that has not been approved by the High Inquisitor will be expelled. The above is in accordance with Educational Decree Number Twenty-four. Signed: Dolores Jane Umbridge, High Inquisitor.' Well there goes my good mood." Ursa groans before leaving the common room. She runs into the trio outside the Great Hall. "Was anyone else having a good morning until they heard about the new Educational Decree?"

"Me." Harry says.

"Someone blabbed." Ursa says.

"They didn't." Hermione says.

"You're so naïve." Ron says. "You think just cause you're all honorable-"

"No, they didn't because I put a jinx on the parchment we signed. If someone blabbed we would know exactly who and they would really regret it."

"How?" Ursa asks.

"Let's just say it'll make Eloise Midgen's acne look like a couple of cute freckles." Ursa smile proudly.

"Hermione your dark side is showing. I like it." They walk into the Great Hall. "I'll see you all in Potions."

Later outside the Potions classroom, Draco speaks loudly. "Yeah, Umbridge already gave the Slytherin team permission to reform." He says. "I went to her this morning right away. Well it was pretty much automatic, I mean she knows my father well. He's always popping in and out of the Ministry. It'll be interesting to see if the Gryffindor team gets to reform."

"Draco shut up." Ursa says as she sees Harry and Ron with clenched fists. "No one cares."

"If it's a question of influence in the Ministry they wont. They've been looking for an excuse to sack Arthur Weasley for years."

"Draco Lucius Malfoy shut up!"

"As for Potter, it's only a matter of time before he's carted off to St Mungo's. Apparently they have a special ward there for people who's brains have been messed with by magic." Out of the corner of her eye, Ursa sees Neville shove past Harry and Ron.

"Neville no!" Harry shouts as he grabs the back of Neville's cloak. "Little help?" He asks as Neville struggles. Ron grabs Neville arm and they manage to drag him back. Crabbe and Goyle look sad as they were ready to fight. Snape opens the door and looks around.

"Fighting?" Snape questions. "Ten points from Gryffindor and release Longbottom, Potter." Harry releases Neville and people start to enter the classroom.

"Sorry Neville. I had to stop you." Harry says while Neville glares at him. "Crabbe and Goyle would have torn you apart." Neville snatches up his bag and storms into the classroom.

"What in the name of Merlin was that about?" Ron asks. Harry and Ursa look at each other. They both know why Neville reacted like that but promised not to tell anyone. Neville doesn't even know that they know.
