It's been a couple weeks since I've been back and things have been pretty intense, with the neighboring clan's wanting to take over the land and overthrowing the Kyojuro clan, I Know Kyo and his father would never let that happen but the thought is scary. What were they like? The other clan's? Why did they want this land if they had so much of it why are they just now making a fuss about it?
I haven't seen Kyo in a couple day's... "I miss him"...
I wondered how he was doing, was he mentally okay to handle everything that was going on?
As I continued to dust off the counter tops and sweep in front of the inn I heard faint steps coming towards me.
"Mizaka"!....
I'm here!... The little voice grew stronger with every step, I turned to see Toji's bright face full of life he always put a smile on my face, the pureness this little soul radiated was intense.
"Hey" Toji how are you?...
What are you upto?... I asked the little person before me.

I took the bag and gently patted it down to see if I could make out what the items inside were, it felt soft and warm. I looked at him eating for a response.

He ecstatically blurted the response out. I took them and set them aside by a bench that was nearby. I wanted to talk to Toji about Kyo, I hadn't seen him in days and I was starting to worry. Toji... how's big brother doing? His facial expression completely changed from one of the happiest expressions to the saddest and it scared me for what he was going to tell me.
I gave him a minute to speak but nothing was being said. Toji... I asked again...is Kyo okay?
At this point he started fidgeting with a stick he found laying around and making circles in the dirt.
" Big" brother doesn't want me to tell you about his... well... he doesn't want me to tell you about what he's doing. He said he doest want you to worry.

The worry in Toji's eyes told me what I needed to know and I was determined to see him no matter what. Toji... it's okay you don't have to tell me, but can I ask one question? He looked up and nodded gently. I proceeded to ask my question... Toji is Kyo still in the village?... He took a minute, he was contemplating on telling me, he knew he couldn't keep much from me he knew that Kyo meant a lot to me. "Yes"... Big brother is still here but he will soon be leaving to settle with the neighboring clan's.

I couldn't help but let out a laugh he loved his brother so much but yet he had a little fear of Kyo and not in a bad way I guess its that fear a small brother will always have for his older brother, more like a respect kind of thing I guess. Toji I'm not going to say anything okay don't worry...
