Y/N'S POV

"a lot happened last night Sunghoon lost his first love, Jay lost his sister, and Jungwon came home beaten up and we all enjoyed it somehow," I said as I was going back home after spending the day with Somi.

"I agree that last night was messed up but you guys had fun without me," Somi said, "I told you it wasn't planned" "y-you could have at least called me.." she said as I glare at her "okay, I'll stop whining"

"Do you really not wanna sleepover at my house?? I mean we can have a lot of fun" "I really wish to come but I can't leave Jungwon home alone" "you do know that he's 17 right?"

"look it's not that I don't trust that guy but I'm pretty sure he'll call his 'Friends', one might even burn the house down" "ahh... Ni-Ki, highly possible, not gonna debate on that, okay, then see you later, byeeeee"

"bye," I said and reached home in a very good mood "I'm home- oh, hi dad..." "hello, Y/Nieee, I missed you so much," he said hugging me "Jungwon missed you a lot too," I said breaking the hug and he laughed, awkwardly.

I went straight to my room but I saw something on my table and went to take it just before Jungwon spoke: "you're back noona?" "huh? yeah, here, dumplings for you" "thanks!!" he took it from me and went down to heat it.

I look at the thing on my table and it was a file, probably one of dad's files but something caught my attention mom's name was on it. I'm really attached to my mom, I can't help but go through it.

Jungwon POV

"here dad, have some," I said as I put the dumplings on the plate "thanks, Jungwon," he said with a smile and sat down "why does noona talk to you like that??" "I don't know won, I wish I'd known-"

"dad? can I talk to you??" noona said with something in her hand "sure, come on have a seat," he said tapping the empty seat next to him "I see what you have in your hand... did you read it??" he asked.

"yes, dad, I don't think this is true... I have a feeling that someone's behind it, I found this address in mom's camera's memory card and Jungwon went there with Jay, they saw people packing dr-"

"whoa whoa whoa... wait a minute, you found an address in the camera??" "yes, dad and they were-" "then why didn't you tell me about it?!?!?!" he yelled "that's not the point, dad-" "and Jungwon went there?!?!"

I could see Noona was getting annoyed by her expression "That explains the bruises on his face-" "DAD??? CAN YOU PLEASE JUST LISTEN TO ME?? ONCE??" "NO, YOU LISTEN TO ME!! You were opposed to looking after him he's your brother-"

"AND YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO LOOK AFTER US, YOU'RE OUR FATHER!! YOU DON'T LISTEN DAD, You don't listen that's your problem, if I were in your shoes I would've caught the person who was behind this. I can't believe you did this to u-" noona said.

"you this it's that easy to solve a case about a person closest to you??" "yes, if you have a brain to think" it wasn't right of her to say that and dad landed a slap on her face right before she walked out of the house. "I'm leaving," dad said and left the house too. i go out and check for Noona but she had already left.

Y/N's POV

I wake up and look around. I'm in my mom's office, after I had the fight with dad, well.. it was harsh for me to say that but I couldn't help and yes I'm sorry of course. I would've fallen asleep here.

this room smells like my mom, so I come here whenever I'm upset, it helps me calm down. I take my phone to check the time before the battery died "11:47 pm?!?!" **bang bang bang** I heard bangs from the door next to my right. 

"H-Hello??!!" I called **bang bang** I heard it again "Ni-ki stop playing and come out," I said hoping it was Ni-ki who was in there **bang bang bang bang bang** I heard it again but this time it never stopped.

I got up and tried opening the door but it was LOCKED?!?!? how did someone even get in there?????!?!?? I search the room for the key while the door was still being knocked on that scared the fuck outta me and led me to panic.

 that's when I remembered the necklace mom used to wear which I'm wearing now 'this is my only hope' i thought to myself and tried opening the door which by surprise was unlocked and I only came to find that NO ONE WAS IN HERE.

I froze in that right place I was standing.
