LEANING HIS HEAD ON THE WINDOW, ALVIN tried not to think about being away. But that was hard, considering that he was in a moving car with three of his other friends. For what seemed like an eternity, it had only been an hour. They pretty much had two more hours to go. Wherever they were going. He had no idea. No one had an idea, not even his sister, nor his mother. They weren't allowed to know where he was. He couldn't even call them until a few days from now, and even then he couldn't even use his real name whenever he was talking to someone that wasn't his family or a few of his friends. Alvin didn't like this. Not one bit. Being away from his sister made him worry so much more, considering that he never trusted Mickey all that much. He didn't even wanna think about the things the guy was capable of. He was probably pissed though, since he had to work on the project they started by himself. Alvin wouldn't blame him if he was mad about it. He would have been, too.

Alvin was awfully quiet. He couldn't really say anything. He wasn't feeling his bright and cheerful self. He felt like his happiness was draining. Something that he didn't think was going to happen. He was usually optimistic about things. The male couldn't even think about anything positive. Alvin wanted to be happy as much as the next person, but with his situation, it wasn't possible. He was drained. The more the days passed, the more he started to just give up.

Hallie had stopped talking to the girls that were in the car, and she looked at Alvin, noticing the gloomy expression that her boyfriend had on his face. She definitely knew that there was something was off. And it was not just his energy that was off either. Alvin, the boy who was always smiling, even in a troubled situation such as this one, hadn't been smiling. He wasn't happy.

Every time that I look in the mirror
All these lines on my face getting clearer
The past is gone. . .

The female grabbed her boyfriend's hand, holding it. Alvin snapped out of his gloomy state and looked down to see that their hands were together. He intertwined his fingers with hers. It was small, but it made him smile.

"There's that smile. . ." Hallie cooed, a smile growing on her face, "You okay?"

"I will be," Alvin replied, "I will be when this guy is dead. Or in jail. . ."

"I know. . ." Hallie replied softly, "I would love for them to just go away. Then you would be happy again. I miss seeing that bright smile of yours."

"Trust me, I wanna smile as much as the next person," Alvin sighed, "But as long as this killer is on the loose? I don't wanna smile and then find out that another person that has been murdered."

Hallie nodded. "I get that," She said to him.

"I just. . . I don't know how I'm supposed to smile in a situation like this. Especially when it feels like deja vu," Alvin mumbled.

"Well, maybe I can help you smile!" Hallie offered.

It went by like dusk to dawn
Isn't that the way?
Everybody's got their dues in life to
pay, yeah. . .

"Oh yeah?" Alvin asked, "How?"

"Like this. . ." Hallie said back, before placing a kiss onto Alvin's lips.

Alvin wasn't really expecting that. Especially in a car with two of their other friends and two agents. But it didn't exactly catch him off guard either. He kissed his girlfriend back, not having a care in the world about who was in the car at that moment. All that mattered was the two of them. And he wished that it could be like that. But even this very moment would suffice.

The older Fowler managed to put an arm around her, pulling her slightly closer to him. The male felt his girlfriend's hands cup his cheeks. He didn't expect her to kiss him while in the car with other people. It was a little strange, but he didn't mind it after a while.

Then he heard giggling not too long after. But the two love birds decided to ignore it. The two of them didn't care, even though they knew that Sidney and Hartley were going to make jokes about it later.

"Ewww, get a room," Hartley teased, before giggling once again with Sidney.

The two pulled away, the both of them looking at their two friends. Hallie rolling their eyes at the two of them. But then she looked back at Alvin, who has a blush and a smile across his face, and that made Hallie smile again.

"See? I knew that would make you smile," Hallie replied, linked onto his arm.

"Well, I never expected you to kiss me like that," Alvin chuckled.

I know nobody knows
Where it comes and where is goes
I know it's everybody's sin
You got to lose and know how to win

"Well, got you to smile, didn't it?" She asked him, "Besides, I really wanted to see you smile. I haven't seen that smile in ages."

Alvin then looked at her. "Thank you. . ." He said back to her, "I really appreciate it. I appreciate you."

Hallie smiled. "I appreciate you!" She said back.

Alvin then kissed the tip of her nose, before giving her multiple kisses on her cheek and the crook of her neck. Hearing the female giggle had to be one of the most adorable things that he could ever. And it made him smile even make. He looked down at her, that signature Alvin smile returned on his face.

"I love you," Alvin told her, "So much."

Hallie smiled back once more. "I love you, too!"

"Aww!" Both Sidney and Hartley cooed, interrupted their romantic moment yet again.

"You guys are so cute! I knew you guys were meant to be!" Sidney told her friend.

"Oh, shush!" Hallie replied back, playfully pushing Sidney.

Half my life's books' written in pages
Lived and learned from fools
and from sages
You know it's true
All the things come back to you

Eventually, Hartley looked at the agents, the one who had been driving them to this place. She has genuinely had this question for ages.

"Where are we going exactly?" She asked them.

"Well," One of the agents started, "If we told ya, were gonna have to kill ya."

Hartley and Hallie slightly chuckled at the joke, trying to make light out of that situation, but it was like as soon as he said that, there was a crash, and unfortunately the agents couldn't save themselves. A pole had went through one of the agents heads, and the other one had an impact with the airbag.

All four of them screamed out the top of their lungs because the car was still in drive, and they were driving out of control.

For some reason, they all knew that it was going to be the end for them.
