" IT'S GONNA TAKE US FOREVER TO GO BACK GO CAMPUS ! "
THE THREE REMAINING SURVIVORS PRACTICALLY hitchhiked their way back to campus. It was hard, considering they were already an hour away. They wanted to hurry there as much as possible. Alvin wanted to. He couldn't help but to think about his sister. How much danger she could be in. And Eren, too. He wondered how he was going to react when he tells him that Hartley had been killed. He'd be angry with him then. More angry than he was when Alvin told him to let the killer go. This madness had been his fault and he couldn't help but to think that. Even though Billy Loomis and Stu Macher created the path, his father and Sidney's mother has started it all. The male couldn't help but wonder what life could have been like. What his future would have consisted of had this never transpired in the first place. His mind was racing, all over the place. So all over the place, he couldn't even hear Sidney talking.
He was exhausted to say the least. But he knew they had been exhausted, too. So he couldn't really complain about it because they had been through the exact same thing. So it wouldn't help any of them to just do that. Alvin struggled to even keep up. No food, no water. The last time he had eaten something was before they left. So he felt physically tired. Even mentally tired. But he knew that he had to be strong. Both physically and mentally. And it was hard to do right now.
The trio had gotten lost. They were in the woods. Alvin knew that this hasn't been the way back. He also had a bad feeling that something was going to jump out at them. He didn't know what, or who, but something was watching them. That's why he kept looking back every couple of miles. He knew that something was completely off.
Who's watching?
Tell me, who's watching?
Who's watching me?The male, along with his friend and girlfriend kept walking. Alvin looked by his side. Hallie linked onto his arm like a leech, trying to walk. But like him, she was exhausted, too.
"Are we almost there yet. . .?" She asked, a yawn escaping from the female's lips.
"No, Sunshine. . ." Alvin answered, giving her a soft kiss on top of her head, "Not there yet. Almost? Well, I'm not sure."
"How long until we get there?"
"No idea," Alvin replied.
"God, I'm so tired," Hallie groaned, "Why did we have to be so far away?"
