My POV

"Alright Liz, that's enough for today. Cisco just stopped by saying we have a recent case." Caitlin's voice came over the intercom as I nodded, as paused at the music. Three months. Three months since I joined Team Flash working with them on stopping metas. Playing Superhero. And in those three months, I have also secretly pined for Cisco Ramon.

"Anger can be a powerful emotion." Harrison looked at me as I tilted my head. Standing next to Cisco, he quickly gave me the rundown. A Meta who had similar abilities to me. As Barry left to go play a mysterious man with Iris, I hummed, lost in thought.

"Could he be extra strong if he can only manipulate one emotion?" I asked as Harrison Wells turned towards me.

"A good question there, Liz. However, it is unknown since you have how many?"

"We're up to three now! And we're working on a fourth." Cisco proudly called out. It was true. After extensive training, and a lot of sugary drinks later, we started writing a list of the emotions. Joy. Sorrow. Fear.

"And yet you seem to have a good handle on all of those." Harrison grinned as he and Caitlin left the room while I walked over to Cisco.

"How was it today?" Cisco handed me over one of my favorite candy bars, and I shrugged.

"Was alright," I frowned, tearing into the candy bar to get my blood sugar back up as Cisco took my hand, eyeing me with his eyebrow raised. "I don't know. Part of me enjoys not having to worry about making the poor lady across the road cry every time I listen to a sad song so that I can somewhat be normal. I love the sunglasses and wireless headphones you have made for me. They are beyond amazing. But now it's just my insecurity."

"Liz, you are...You can look at someone and make them feel anything you want them to. You can focus your ability on one person or hundreds simply by expanding your radius. You are...amazing." I blushed nervously, looking away.

"Aw shucks, thanks Cisco."

~

"You guys remember Felicity? Uh...Felicity, this is our newest member since you last were here, Liz Harper." Barry grinned as I quickly took off my jacket, handing it to her.

"Hi. Thank you." After catching up, Felicity and Cisco ran off to play with the boomerang. I turned to Caitlin, who shook her head.

"Why don't you tell him how you feel?"

"It's...hard. I don't know what to say, let alone what I would do if he didn't like me." Caitlin and Barry rolled their eyes.

"So anything new with our meta-human?" Barry asked, changing the subject as I nodded, rolling my stool over to a computer.

"The officer who was affected tonight said he saw a flash of red before he lost control, unlike when people I affect just have the sudden rush of feelings. Although I can make eyes glow too."

"It's not a competition there, Liz," Barry grinned as I shrugged.

"I suspect the Meta is inducing the rage via the ocular nerve. Although this also just suggests he only can do rage. Unlike Liz, where she doesn't have to be looking, this guy needs to." Caitlin pulled up another image of a brain scan.

"He also doesn't seem to have a prolonged effect, only capping at about five minutes." I leaned back, frowning. I could have turned up like this guy. Angry, afraid, and alone.

"You alright?" Barry asked, as I nodded.

"Just thinking about how if you guys didn't find me, where I would be today." I fiddled with my headphones. And I wouldn't have met Cisco.

~

"I got thinking. Have either of you heard of color psychology?" I asked Caitlin and Felicity, who walked over to me.

"The theory that changes in the color spectrum can affect emotion." Felicity nodded as I sat up.

"So I got thinking. Anytime Bivolo whammies someone, they see red. Right? Based on what he can do, I wonder if we can use light and color to reverse the psychosis he puts on people." I spoke up as Caitlin stood there thinking and Felicity looked confused.

"That might explain why your iris' don't glow color, they just brighten the stronger you get. Which could also explain why you can control so many emotions instead of one." Caitlin nodded, running with my idea as she walked away towards a computer.

"Woah, wait..." I smirked, lowering my glasses for her to see my faint glow. "That's so cool. I have like a million questions now." Felicity gasped.

"Guys, I just got a ping on Bivolo AKA Prism." Cisco learned over a computer as I raised my eyebrow at Cisco's villain name. 'Where's my cool name, Cisco?' 'It needs to be perfect. Don't worry, I'll figure it out.'

"We should let the Arrow know."

"I can handle this. I've done it before."

"Barry, I don't think..." I frowned, standing up and walking behind him as Felicity followed.

"Barry, I think you need to wait-"

"I don't need his help."

~

I stared at Barry, upset, as Caitlin did an ocular check after he came back from 'dealing' with Bivolo.

"Seems unaffected to me." Barry stood up.

"I told you, I'm fine." As Caitlin and Felicity asked Barry questions about Bivolo, confirming their suspicion that his powers come from his eyes only.

"It was dangerous to go out alone. You should have at least brought Liz if you didn't want the Arrow's help." Caitlin scolded Barry.

"It's true Barry, what if his powers did work on you, huh?"

"Caitlin, I'm not Ronnie. You gotta stop treating me like I am!" I frowned, storming up to him as I shoved his chest, pushing him back.

"That was uncool Allen."

~

"Ok, that's the Arrow. He says Barry is acting strange." Felicity got off the phone as I paced back and forth, everyone staring at the monitors.

"Strangely, How?"

"He's been hammered, he was getting angry, and his eyes...They glowed." Joe entered the room.

"His body may fight off the effect, so it's hitting him slower." I thought out loud.

"When it comes to rage, that's not a good thing. The longer you suppress your emotions..." Harrison stared at me.

"The bigger the explosion."

"Considering what he can do, how do we stop him?" Joe asked.

"None of us can stop, Barry. Fortunately, Felicity knows someone who can. I think you better call back Oliver Queen. We're going to need the Arrows to help." Harrison looked at Felicity, who was surprised. How did he guess the Arrow's identity? As Oliver's team met up with us trying to figure out how to stop it, Caitlin and I told our idea that Harrison seemed to like. Slipping in an earpiece to communicate with everyone, I jumped in the van with Harrison and Joe, speeding towards where Barry and Oliver were fighting. If the lights don't work, I need to calm him as fast as possible.

"Is this even going to work?" Joe asked.

"He just needs to see the right colors. Liz?" Harrison turned his head as I nodded, plugging together wires.

"It's ready, and I'm ready if things go south." As the van swerved, I jumped out of the back as the lights flickered towards Barry and Oliver as I stood to the side, taking off my sunglasses. Please work. I don't want to hurt you, Barry. As the lights turned off and Barry leaned over, I ran closer to Oliver and Barry cautiously.

"Barry?"

"You ok Barry?" Oliver asked as Barry looked up at me.

"This is going to be a special hangover. Liz...I think I prefer your method instead." Barry chuckled as rolled his eyes, everyone sighing in relief.

"Glad you're ok Barry."
