Chapter 4

My POV

(A/N: S1Ep15 little piece)

I stood in the room next to Cisco, frowning as we watched Reverse flash appear. A recording?

"Cisco?" I looked at Cisco as he held me close.

"I can't believe this..."

"Some would say I'm the Reverse," Harrison clapped as he walked towards us, Cisco pulling me so I was angled more behind him. "You're incredibly clever, Cisco. I've always said so."

"You're him, Reverse-Flash," Cisco stated as I narrowed my eyes, taking off my glasses as he stood there grinning.

"We've never been properly introduced. I'm Eobard Thawne."

"Thawne? Like Eddie?"

"Let's call him a distant relative." Eobard said.

"Wait...no how? The night we trapped Reverse-Flash, you almost died. There were two of you."

"Hmm," Eobard smirked as he began showing his speed, creating a second for him.

"An after image, a speed mirage if you will." I could feel the rage inside me as he spoke about how he didn't mean to go back to killing Nora Allen. He wanted Barry all along. As Eobard circled us, giving us his grand evil speech, he chuckled and within a blink of an eye had grabbed me, pulling me away from Cisco. He held my throat so I couldn't fight back.

"Liz!"

"And no one is going to prevent that from happening." I could see the fear written on Cisco's face as I shut my eyes. I can't make Cisco afraid. I need him to survive this. And I can't use my 'Siren Scream'.

"I can help you, just please, not her."

"You're smart, Cisco, but you're not that smart."

"Liz...open your eyes, please." Cisco stood there with tears in his eyes."I'm sorry I never got to tell you this, always so afraid. But I love you, Liz."

"I love you too, Cisco."

"Truth is, I've grown rather fond of you, and in many ways, know what it's like to have a son. I'm glad in the end you got to tell your girl your feelings. You'll have to forgive me, but to me, you've been dead for centuries." It felt like a pinch, as darkness surrounded me before I could speak.
