The journey to Hogwarts was far from spectacular for many students, especially as the singular cabin that Sirius and Anya picked earlier started to fill itself. The two cabins on both sides were equally as filled, hosting as many students as it could. James and Peter had very quickly spotted Sirius with his new friend, the two boys quickly joined their company. Peter had taken it upon himself to tell Anya everything about his Christmas, while Sirius and James whispered away to one another. But the small crowd grew as Phoebe entered and joined them, leaving her belongings beside her best friend's.

Eventually, the cabin to the right filled up with the Slytherin and most of the Gryffindor girls' belongings, thanks to the Zion twins. Lily hid her bags with Eralia and her friends, engaging in a rather interesting conversation, and soon, joined by Kylennia and Pandora. The carriage was quickly turned into a circus as children from the three cabins refused to stay in the one that hosted their belongings and often rotated from each room, to enjoy a conversation with their peers. And even with the uneven population of almost six or eight people in a singular cabin, the children felt rather suffocated and too close to one another, but they refused to spread out and find another space for them to sit in. And that chaotic peace was maintained only for the first hour and a half of the journey.

If only the confused group of children stayed in one position, would everyone have no issue with their presences. Except, they refused to sit still.

Sirius had convinced Anya to sneak out of their carriage and into another, in hopes of finding Snape to trip him by using magic to tie his shoe laces. But they had found just another boy with long and shiny hair, which was very different from the sticky, greasy hair that belonged to their dear friend, Snivellus. Anya squealed as the senior they had cast the spell on fell on his face and turned around to glare at them. Black and Zion stood still as they watched their new enemy stumble as he rose. A hand grabbed the both of them as they started running and as other children began screaming and laughing excitedly. In front of them, Sahara was leading them down the carriage, towards their cabins, where the rest would be able to scare them off.

"Run! He's not alone!" Sirius shouted as he pushed Sahara forward, forcing her to increase her pace. Behind him, Anya had looked back and held her wand out, quickly hexing the tall boy at the front so that he would trip once more and buy them enough time to cross between two carriages of a moving express. Sirius turned around and held his hand out as they reached the open door, "Come on!"

They stood for what felt like long minutes, but was seconds, in front of the open space between the two carriages. Nahara and James stood on the other side, their hands stretched out to their friends. Sahara, having been ahead of the other two, had jumped first, with the help of her two peers that stood opposite her. Anya stretched her arm out as Sirius Black jumped across, Nahara holding his other hand firmly, ensuring he did not slip. Black gave the younger girl a few seconds to measure the distance, before pulling her to their carriage. Thanks to the lack of warning, her body flew and she almost missed the opening, but Sirius' firm grip ensured she would not. The shortest of the two let go of her free hand, while James still had his arms wrapped around her waist. Potter instinctively rubbed her back as he heard her heart thumping between them.

"Quick! Shut the door!" Sahara instructed as Sirius let go of the girls and obeyed, before they all continued to run together, making their way through another carriage before arriving at theirs. Prior to the new rivalry, switching between carriages was a peaceful and careful process,  but because their hearts were beating in their mouths and their veins were pumping adrenaline, the entire situation seemed more dangerous than they had expected.

Sebastian Wolfe, a Hufflepuff boy who was friends with Eralia, despite being a year older than her, had caught sight of the five children. He frowned as he saw them running, "What did you guys just do?"
