*5 years later*

Luke moved back to Sydney a week before his senior year of school. They didn't move back to his old neighborhood. Their new neighborhood was in a gated community. His father sued the company to which he used to work for after they had move. He won the case and started his new job.

Luke grabbed his box out of the car and started to walk up to the house. Someone was there to take the box from him and carry it to his room, he frowned, hating that other people did his work for him. He looked around and started to walk down the street, looking at the houses as he went.

"New kid, right?" a brown eyed boy stepped through the gate. "My father said someone was moving in today."

Luke nodded, "Yeah I'm new, kind of."

The boy raised his eyebrow. "Kind of?"

"I used to live here, well not in this neighborhood but I used to live in this area. It's been about five years."

The boy nodded and studied him. "Hm, well welcome home." He chuckled and stuck out his hand," I'm Calum, i came about five years ago."

"Really? Odd, that's when I moved." Luke laughed softly and took the kids hand. " I'm Luke, by the way."

"Ah, the myth is true. Last name Hemmings?" Luke nodded and Calum grinned. "Coach said your brother was one of the best football players he has seen. Of course I had no clue about your family. Do you play?"

"Well, Coach never gave me a chance since Jack is only a year older, but yeah I do play. I was one of the tops back in New South Wales, next to this Mikey kid." He shrugged.

"Are you playing here again? Our team sucks."

Luke laughed, placing a hand on his stomach. "I heard it went downhill, no offense. Yeah I might play. I'm heading in tomorrow to talk to the school."

"Good, let's practice together." Calum patted Luke's shoulder. "I don't know that Mikey kid, but I will be better than him." He grinned. "I'll see you tomorrow, yeah?" Calum took a step back to turn to go to his house, which was across from Lukes.

"Yeah, I'll be here." He chuckled and went back to his house. As he walked back, his phone went off.

"Hello babe!" a voice rang out of the speaker and into his ear. "School starts soon, I can wait to see you again. Sucks I can't see you now" she giggled, which made Luke smile.

"Sky, I wish I could see you before but I think it's better to wait." he smirked, even though she couldn't see him. Luke walked into his house and up the winding steps to his bedroom. He plopped down on his bed and continued to talk to Skylar.

Liz groaned as she squinted at her painting. "You've got to be kidding me!" defeated from trying to get the tree to look perfectly, she plopped down in a lounge chair.

"Oh my love, you will get it." her mother kissed the top of her head as she walked towards the kitchen. Liz ran her pained fingers through her brown hair, leaving streaks of paint. "Did you hear that Hemmings won that lawsuit?" She leaned her out the door frame to see her daughters reaction.

Liz's face was expressionless. "Since when do you care what they do?" she scoffed and stiff from the chair, putting the painting away.

"I don't. It wouldn't surprise me if they moved back here." her mother disappeared again to grab a screaming child from the highchair.

Liz laughed. "To this crap neighborhood? I doubt it. Beside it's their sons last year, I don't think they'd do that." she refused to say his name. She remembered when they left, how heartbroken she was, it was Jack's last year so it was possible they'd do that to him.

Her mom walked back out with her little brother, Marcus. "Elizabeth, I know he hurt you but please don't let that ruin your last year." the three year old screamed again and her mom huffed before leaving the room again.

Liz made her way up to her room and put on some music before laying back in her bed. She scrolled through her instagram until a picture of him popped up. It was of him and Skylar on a holiday to New Zealand. Of course they were dating.

She rolled her eyes and tossed her phone to the end of her bed before turning on her side.
