Wanda woke up wrapped up snugly in Natasha's arms. Usually she would wake up more slowly but she was just too excited as she started to gently tug on the collar of Nat's shirt, calling her in a loud whisper, "Asha. Asha.. Asha."
The woman finally cracked her eyes open and hummed, just a little disgruntled at the wake up call, "Hm? What is it, detka?"
"Asha, I es 'taying wif you." She told the woman as if she hadn't already known it.
The little watched as Natasha smiled at the statement, "Yes, you're staying with me."
The Sokovian felt a little thrill at the confirmation and she wriggled happily. This had been what she wanted and she hadn't understood why Sharon had started hanging around so much. Not that she didn't like Sharon. The blonde was nice but Natasha was so much more. She was all warmth like a sunny summer days and funny like fingers tickling her tummy. She always seemed to know what Wanda needed whether it was a paci or a walk through the garden or a song. She made her feel safe. Wanda tugged on her collar again, wanting to make sure someone else wasn't going to start coming around.
"Zaya tays wif Wanda cus Zaya es my bun'y and I tays wif Asha cus I es Asha's baby? Furever?" She focused hard on getting the words out, finally putting together what she had been feeling all this time.
Natasha's smile grew wider and her eyes seemed to glisten at the little's declaration. She pulled her in closer and nuzzled into her hair, "That's right. You're so smart, detka. You're my baby. For as long as you want."
"Furever." Wanda demanded.
"Okay," Natasha chuckled. "Forever."
Wanda nestled down on Nat's chest, her original excitement upon waking fading away into contentment. Her morning cuddles were interrupted though by a realization, "Where Zaya?"
"Oh, I think we left her in your room last night." Nat started to sit them up, "How about we get changed, pick up Zaya, and then have the guys come down for pancakes. We can tell them the good news."
"Yah, Zaya! Pan'akes! Noos!" Wanda cheerfully repeated as Nat pulled her up into her hip to take her to the changing table.

Sam was the first to make it down to Nat's kitchen after she had Friday ask their other teammates to come down for breakfast. She stopped helping to stir the pancake batter and hopped over to the man, immediately telling him with a proud grin, "Sam, I es Asha's baby."
He looked over to Nat with a look of happy surprise, though looking for confirmation as to what the little meant. Nat was wiping some flour the girl spilled in her uncoordinated stirring and gave him a grin that matched Wanda's, "We decided Wanda is going to stay with us."
"Gud noos." The Sokovian nodded in agreement.
"That is great news." Sam replied, "I'm glad you're staying with us, little witch. We would have missed you around here."
"Yah," Wanda said tugging on Sam's hand, "Shar'n es nice, but nah Asha."
The Falcon laughed lightly, "Nat is pretty great, huh?"
"Yah, Asha has red 'air." Wanda went back to finish her important job of stirring, but not too much otherwise the pancakes would be flat.
The Russian pretended to be offended, "That's the only reason you like me better. Is my red hair?"
The little giggled with a vigorous nod, knowing she was being silly, "Yah."
"Well the only reason you can stay is because I like tickling your belly." Natasha declared and made her hands into claws, starting to creep towards Wanda with the implicit threat of being tickled. The girl squealed and ran away with Nat right behind her. However, Steve came in at that moment and Wanda scurried over to him, laughing like Nat was tickling her and trying to scramble into his arms for safety.
