He leaned closer and you understood what's going to happen next. You closed your eyes to feel his lips but you felt nothing.

"Y/n?" He called you.

You opened your eyes and saw him looking at you with those loving eyes and his face was showing some nervousness. He stood up and made you sit at the edge of the bed. He took a deep breath and knelt in front of you.

"Y/n, I finally found the source of my happiness and joy which is you after Army. I felt loved whenever I'm with you and I understood that you're the one for me. I know I'm very good at words but when it's you, I become speechless. All I can say is, I will keep loving you forever and will never leave you at any cost. I'll keep assuring you that you can trust and love me back. So Ms. Lee, will you give me the honour of changing your surname? Will you marry me?" He asked you.

You were so shocked hearing his proposal. Your eyes widened but soon they glistened with tears. Tears rolled down your cheeks. This was definitely the best day of your life.

You nodded, smiling at him.

"I will. I will marry you and make you the happiest man of this world Kim Namjoon" you replied before you pulled him towards you and pecked his forehead.

He captured your lips with his. He held your chin with one hand and slid the ring to your left ring finger. You broke the kiss feeling the cold metal.

"Is it nice?" He asked as he observed you tracing your fingers on the ring.

"It's beautiful" you mumbled looking at it.

It was a diamond ring engraved with your and his name initials.

"But I don't have anything to give you in return" you pouted looking at him.

"You have your love for me, isn't it enough soon to be Mrs Kim?" He winked at you.

"Yeah, and.... shall I show you how much I love you?" You asked as you held his neck and caressed it.

He understood what you were referring to. He was glad that you trust him but he decided to deny it.

"No, not now," he replied.

"D-don't you trust me?" You asked him embarrassment filling your face.

"I trust you more than myself Mrs. Kim. But do you remember that you wrote your fantasies in your diary?" He asked for which you nodded.

"You wrote that you would like to give yourself to your man at Greenland" he smirked.

You froze listening to that. You wrote your childish fantasies in your diary. As the books got exchanged, he must've read all of them.

"Joon, don't go there" you whined.

"Why did you decide that place though?" He furrowed his brows.

"Cause Greenland is covered with ice and it's so cold there. So you can feel the warmth while you make love and also you feel like being loved, passing the warmth to each other" you said shyly.

"I see someone is so into fantasy drama" he teased you.

You giggled looking at him. This felt like a dream for you. Seeing your bias proposing you and the fact that he waited for you for the whole 5 years was like a dream for you.

"By the way, why were you closing your eyes back then? Did you think that-"

"Shut up, I didn't think anything" you scoffed.
