Missing someone doesn't necessarily mean you want to get back together. Learn to discern your emotions and your reality. Confusing yourself with this feeling might harm you and the other person all over again.  It's okay to miss someone. It's normal because you shared valuable moments together. It's normal because you had a great time. It's normal to miss someone especially this season of social isolation.

Allow it but don't let it consume you. That's it. That's my reminder. 🌱
