chapter 28

Cassie's POV:

Throughout the whole day Matt literally didn't touch me.

  I swear the most he gave me was a hug and it was driving me crazy!  I was so mad I didn't even ride home with him or say bye. Instead me and Kate decides to go to Lisas house to hang out before dinner started.

  "So its been a while!" I said as we all lounged around in her bed room.

"I know! And I realized I never got to apologize to you Cassie I'm so sor-" Lisa started but I cut her off "Lisa...its okay! If anything I should be sorry and I am I really am. I should have Never let a guy  get between us" I said putting my head down in shame.

"But it wasn't just any  guy Cassie... If it was somebody else I would have been confused but its Matt and I know you more than like him which is why I understand." She said and I smiled.

  "So what happened after Alec found out?!" I asked and she frowned "he was really hurt, But most of all he was mad!!" She said and I raised an eyebrow "really? Alec? Mad?" I asked in disbelief

    "You guys don't understand Alec might be nice and quiet but he has a temper! Like after he punched Matt and you left he literally punched Matt again...then he walked off to one of the rooms...and I followed him right and he yelled at me and...well let's just say that Matt now has three holes on the wall in his guest bedroom." She said and me and Kate's jaw was literally hanging.

"Whoa! This totally just mad him hotter" Kate said and Lisa threw a pillow at her face.

  We all burst out laughing when the pillow hit her face.

  "Omg I got to pee!!!" I said and threw my phone on the bed. Just as I reached the bathroom my phone ringed indicating there's a new message.

  Its probably Matt.
I thought "Lisa can you check that?" I said as I did my business "yeah I go-" Lisa started but stopped.

  I rolled my eyes she could be so dramatic sometimes.

   I came out of the bathroom to see both Lisa and Kate's face full of shock and confusion. "What?" I asked "c-cassie why did-" Lisa started in a shaky voice but Kate cut her off "why did Terrance just text you?" Kate asked as she narrowed her eyes at me.

   My eyes widened in horror and I curses under my breath.
   I quickly grabbed my phone and read the message.

Just a couple more days sweetheart-T

That's all it said. It wasn't enough to give away the plan but it was enough to make the girls suspicious.

  "Cass please tell me your not about to do something stupid!" Lisa said and I bit my lip "I'm not!" I said defensively

   "Your lying!" Kate said and my eyes widened "w-what?!? No I'm not" I said "yes you are! You always bite your lips when you lie or you stutter" lisa said and I sighed.

  "Look guys whatever you read it was nothing! Okay what I'm doing no one will get hurt I promise I just...please don't tell Matt or your boyfriends" I said and they sighed "Cassie we can't do that! What if you get hurt?!" Lisa asked

   "Please guys...please I promise no one will get hurt!" I asked suddenly desperate.

If they tell there boyfriends Matt is bound to know and if he dose then the whole plan is ruined!
