Hank:Hey Jay I'm outside of your apartment come down
JAY:uhh Alright(I said concerned)

JAY:I'll be back Hank is downstairs
HAILEY:How come?
JAY:I'm not sure he just told me to go down I'll be back
HAILEY:Alright

I went downstairs

HANK:Hey Jay,I got some bad news
JAY:Whats up?
HANK:Shane was released earlier on bail
JAY:What how the hell did the judge even allow that with what he did
HANK:I'm not sure I've got a few people looking into it.Until then I need you to just sit tight don't do anything stupid and most importantly don't tell Hailey she's got enough on her plate already
JAY:*Exhausted Sigh*Alright before you go I need you to run a plate for me really quick.Now that you say Shane has been released it worried me because I've been getting followed around by a blue bmw all day today.
HANK:Get in the car I'll run it now,I'm also gonna ask Trudy if she can send down a patrol car to sit out front just to make sure you guys are safe.
JAY:Okay thanks

I sat and waited as Hank ran the car license plate.

HANK:I've got a hit,it belongs to a Evan Guzman.Who also happened to be cell mates with Shane.
JAY:So this means it him right it has to be
HANK:Most likely yeah I'll get Kim and ruzek to go down to the prison to speak to Evan and ask how Shane got that car because if we have reason to believe this is Shane we can get a warrant for his arrest.

Hailey started calling me

HANK:You should go,we'll figure this out
JAY:Alright thanks

I went back upstairs

JAY:Hey I'm back
HAILEY:What did Hank want?
JAY:He just needed to sign something Since I'm going back to work next week
HAILEY:Are you excited?
JAY:Yeah I missed it but it won't be fully back to normal until you return to work the band will officially be back together
HAILEY:Can't wait

HAILEYS POV
I didn't want to but I started to feel something else was going on because Jay kept looking out the window as if he was waiting for something or looking out for something or someone.But Jay isn't one to lie to me.So I stopped thinking about it until I saw jay go into the bathroom to take a call,I wasn't sure who it was from but I was suspected it was Hank.

JAYS POV
JAY:Hey Hank,Evan give you anything?
HANK:Kim and Ruz cant go to the prison today.It's on lockdown there was a fight
JAY:Dammit
HANK:I'm keeping tabs on the BMW tho
JAY:Alright call me when you get something

HAILEYS POV
He walked out and went to sit on the couch and turned on the tv,I laid my head on his lap.

HAILEY:You'd tell me if something was wrong right?

JAYS POV
For a sec I was stuck I didn't know what to say to her but I knew if I stayed quiet for to long she'd think something is wrong

JAY:Of course I would.I wouldn't lie to you,You know that.

I felt like a total jerk for lying to Hailey but I care for her,Seb and the baby to much to let something happen to them.

JAY:Wanna watch a movie?
HAILEY:I guess

I kissed Haileys head and we watch a movie for the mean while.
