School was over. Now i'm walking home.

"Genoveva, wait up!!"

"What?" I turned around stopping, then Kenny ran into me making us both fall.

"Shit dude, why didn't you stop" I said, groaning in pain, while pushing him off me

"My bad" Kenny said while helping me up

"So why'd you tell me to wait"

"Ok I don't have that much time, but Benny keeps talking about you and won't shut up so I was wondering if you liked benny? Like a crush typa thing"

"I don't know, I barely talked to him today, not to mention I called him a dickhead the first time i talked to him"

"Well you called all of us a dickhead" kenny said in a matter of fact tone

"Right, anyways why are you asking me this?"

"Because we think ben-"

"WATCH OUT!" some shorter kid said that was somewhat far from us

Next thing I knew I saw kenny on the ground with benny on top of him.

"Damn I've seen you tackle two people in one day. So either you have anger issues or you need help mentally or you're not from here"

"TWO PEOPLE" the short kid with thick glasses yelled basically in my ear
"Yes I was the first" Bertram sighed

"Why'd you get tackled" Kenny asked, while standing up. "It's because I told her that benny liked her and th-" bertram said while being cut off. "Bertram I will tackle you again if you don't shut up" benny said

"Keep talking I wanna see you get tackled again, it was funny"

"You have problems" Bertram said pointing at me

"No i don't, where i'm from i'm normal"

"Where the hell are you from" the short redhead said

"Detroit Michigan"

"Who's she?" the shortest one said

"Oh she's genoveva, genoveva thats Tommy, Timmy, Ham, Mike aka squints, and thats alan, aka yeah-yeah" Benny said while pointing to each of them

"Yeah yeah, you're right benny she is pretty cute"

"I give up" benny threw his hands in the air while walking away in embarrassment

"I needa go home so later dorks" I said

I walked off and went home.
i walked home instead of riding the bus because i saw a drug store i wanted to stop by. plus, i like walking to places, it reminds me of home.

on my way home i ended up catching up to benny when he came out a corner store called vincent's

"what's up benny"
"oh hey gen- oveva"
"you can call me gen or anything you'd like i don't really care, so what's up with you tackling people? anger issues? not from here? orrr what?"

benny stared at me for a second then said "not from here, im from cancun mexico, i moved here when i was 8"
"oh okay, whyd you move"
"it was dangerous and my parents thought it's be good to move me and my siblings here for a safer life"
"ohh ok, how many siblings you got?"
"4, i have two sisters that are twins and two older brothers, my sisters are 17, one brother is 15 and other brother is 19"
"damn and how old are you?"
" im 14"
"same"

we kept talking about random shit, he's pretty chill.

i ended up going to that lot again, i saw the same person again too, i ain't really care too much bout it tho.
