Suddenly I could hear voices crying out. Screaming and gunfire. Something had happened. I could feel countless deaths. I placed my hand on the wall and breathed. So many deaths. In one night but how? My comm link went off and I answered it. "Jp are you there?" "I'm here Alyssa" "We just intercepted a radio message from a soldier in the UBCS. Most of RPD, SWAT and Military have been wiped out" I slammed my fist into the wall cracking it. "Dammit!" I yelled. Then I heard something not far followed by the sound of a guttural growl. Something had just crawled by the windows. "Definitely not a zombie...Alyssa whatever you do stay away from the windows, I have a feeling zombies and dogs are the only ones that have entered this madness" "Did you see something?" "I couldn't make it out, it moves fast but I have a feeling that it's not alone either" "Doesn't sound like those lizard things we saw at the mansion" "No...this is something else" I held my 1911 and my flashlight.

I walked slowly checking the windows. It was raining and pretty dark outside. I couldn't really see out there but in here i can. Something was nearby or someone. "If your human I'm going to lower my weapon" I heard someone exhale and a soldier appeared. "I was starting to think no one was alive in the station...wait didn't I meet you outside?" His face, his voice I immediately recognized. "You met my twin brother who looked like a firework yes...Dee?" He grinned. "You know me?" "All to well Bro...you don't Remember me...when my twin comes back he'll help you remember" "Remember what?" Then beside me the glass shattered and several zombies reached out for me. I put my back against the wall and fired my gun multiple times landing a headshot every second. I squeezed the trigger one more time dropping another then two more came. I had to reload. I quickly reloaded but Dee came in front of me with a assault rifle squeezing a few rounds killing both of zombies. "Your not bad for a cop" "I'm actually a member of STARS, Special tactics and rescue squad" "I thought STARS were all dead" "My former comrades are...but the rest of us still live...did you come alone?" "I came with two others...they were bitten when the shit hit the fan" I realized he could be the last of his squad. "I'm sorry..." He nodded.
