The military was circling Raccoon City. Rescuing civilians and taking them to safe zones as far as Gatlin.
I stood in a shower washing up from yesterday's fill. I survived, if I can survive the beginning it will make all the difference in the end. I sensed someone coming and saw that it was Alyssa. "Care to join me?" She smiled slowly and locked the door and moved slowly towards me. I sat and remembered everything that went on in my life. It all started here in Raccoon City. The hive...the t-virus. We have a third chance to end this once and for all. I just hope this time what we do will be permanent. With RPD setting up road blocks in the city it will be impossible to leave.
I even remembered a life before all of this that I never thought I would remember. I worked for them. For the people that did all of this. I was one of them. Created by Umbrella...somehow I am reminded of all those times I failed. I have a chance to make things right. Not only for others but for my family. One I know I'll have and see again in the future once Umbrella is gone. For good. "Do you feel comfortable going to RPD?" "It's better than any other place" Alyssa added. "Shower is yours if you need it" I got up and immediately went to wash up. I walked in the bathroom and started undressing myself. I figured John would stay in there with Bell trying to catch up. I needed to wash. I heard the door open suddenly and was spooked by John. "Dammit John" "Sorry" He apologized quickly. "I noticed your bruises and wanted to check on you" "I'll live, it's something I'm used to" I admit being bruised made me stronger than I realized. I took off my shirt and bra and let John inspect my back. "What do you think?" I asked him. He started rubbing lotion and massaged my back. "I think your in need of a nice bed and a good nights sleep" "I mean we don't have to be in a rush to go to RPD" I told him. He chuckled. "I meant for resting" I nodded and smiled. "If course you did" "You look troubled" I sighed. "Don't I always?" "No but it's okay...your not the only one who feels this way" I exhaled feeling him massage my back harder. "Sorry" "No it's ok" I quickly told him. "We both know what happens to me at the end of this" "I don't think it's going to happen...for that to happen we'd be captured by Umbrella" He replied. "John when that moment comes don't be afraid to lose me" He sat in front of me now. "I'll kill every last one of them before they get to you or the others...I remember what they did to me and it won't happen again" I shook my head. "How can you know that?" "Do you Remember the Hive? We never explored it...Rain is out there somewhere Alive and so are we...we can make it through this" Why was he so against the thought. "Why do you believe that?" "Because you told me there is hope" I definitely remember that. "I love you" He put his head on mine and I slipped into his lap. He caught me and we shared a kiss. He bit my neck and I moaned silently. I turned on the shower and started to undress him. He held me and we stood under the water from the shower making out. I loved him and I couldn't find it in me to say it. Dammit we're going to get through this. We're going to survive. I moaned again when this time he pinned me on the wall. I whispered in his ear.
