Willow, Gus and I decided to go back to our houses. There wasn't anything we could do so what's the point.

"I thought you had a field trip to the Emperor's Castle?" Xavier asked, perking mom's attention.

"It got cut early." I said flatly.

"Perry Porter coming to you live from outside the Emperor's Castle..." Perry Porter announced before getting cut off by mom.

"Oh Xavier, turn that blasted thing off."

"Edalyn Clawthorne, known commonly as "Eda the Owl Lady," has been captured and has been brought before the Emperor." Perry continued as I quickly grabbed the crystal ball.

"No! Keep it on!" I yelled while intensely looking at the crystal ball.

"For the crime of attacking a coven leader and refusing to join a coven, Edalyn Clawthorne's body shall be petrified in stone! Today, sundown, at the Conformatorium." It was the gremlin.

"Willow! Ingrid! Are you watching?" Gus asked from my scroll

"Yes. We have to do something." Willow said.

"What can we do?" I asked.

"What about that lightning thing you did to Lilith?" Willow asked as my face burning in embarrassment.

"Ix-nay on the agic-may, illow-way." I said through gritted teeth.

"Lightning? What lightning?" Mom asked as I sighed heavily.

"I just completed a circle and lightning came out." I said.

"Today is a grave day for Bonesborough." Perry said as mom turned off the broadcast.

"Mom! My friend is in trouble!" I yelled.

"No, tell me about this power." She said.

"This?!" I yelled exasperated as I did the lightning spell again, knocking the electricity out in the house.

"This isn't possible." Mom gasped.

"What?!" I yelled as my eyes clouded with black.

"No Lilith has ever been dated to have any control over the curse." Mom said as my anger subsided.

"Huh?" I asked in a more endearing tone.

"Lightning strikes on those affected, but you controlled it into magic." Mom said as she rushed off to the phone. I tried doing a spell circle and was granted with a water balloon falling in my hand.

"I have control over the curse." I gasped before rushing out of my house.

"Where are you going, Ingrid?!" Xavier shouted after me.

"To save Eda!" I yelled back. I ran into town and tried to find the Castle, but ended up running into Willow and Gus. "Guys! I have a way to save Eda and Luz!"

"What is it?" Gus asked as more people gathered around us.

"I have minor control over the curse." I said as I demonstrated a small crackle of lightning on my finger. "My mom said no one in our family has, so this is big."

"What can you do?" Willow asked.

"That I know of, electricity, water balloons and wooden planks." I thought out loud.

"Do you really think Eda deserves a petrification?" Someone said, being us out of our conversation.

"I don't know. This is all happening so fast." Another person answered.

"If we know anything about Luz, she's going to be here trying to save Eda." Willow said.

"Of course." I agreed.
