Adversary || Xingyun

Xiangling ended up taking the group to a movie theater.

"Uh, Xiangling, do you have tickets?" Xiao inquired

"As a matter of fact I do Xiao, I preplanned this beforehand y'know." Xiangling replied, grinning prominently.

'... Of course you did." Xiao murmured back.

"C'mon Xiao, at least appreciate that she bought them for us.", Venti pouted at him.

"Alright, alright, thank you Xiangling." Xiao thanked her.

"You're welcome, anyways let me know what snacks you guys want, I'll pay for them."

Chongyun was looking around for available seats and saw there were two available near the end, so he just decided to sit there.

He sat down and was watching the commercials that were displayed on the screen. He peacefully sat there until he noticed a certain person coming and sitting right next to him.

"What are you doing? Go sit somewhere else?" Chongyun whispered.

"You dumbass, there's no other seats available. Look around you." The boy replied.

"At least switch with someone else, Xingqiu." Chongyun replied back, still whispering but you could tell he was kinda angry.

"Alright, fine." Xingqiu replied, although he was kind of sad about it.

Xingqiu looked in front of him and saw Xiao and Venti sitting next to each other, so he decided to ask one of them.

"Psst, Xiao, Venti, can I switch with one of you guys, Chongyun doesn't want me next to him."

Xiao looked at him, he looked agitated, which kind of creeped Xingqiu out a bit.

"Uh I don't mind, as long Xiao is fine with it, are you Xiao?" Venti asked Xiao.

Xiao didn't reply, although he did look kind of mad, but then again I suppose he always does.

"I'll take that as a no I guess, sorry Xingqiu." Venti replied.

"Oh don't worry about it, I'll just let Yun' know."

"Why didn't you go?" Chongyun asked, still a bit angry.

"Oh, Xiao wasn't comfortable with it."

"Ah whatever, just ask Albedo or something."

"Yun', they're all the way over there." He said, pointing all the way to the other side of the seats.

"And?"

"The movie's about to start, I can't walk that much in a short amount of time."

"Yes you can, just get your short legs to run."

"Yun' what the fuck."

"Shh, the movie's gonna start!" Venti whispered to them, the room suddenly getting darker.

Of course Xiangling had to pick out a horror movie. Chongyun was fine with them, even Xingqiu partially was, he would just cling on sometimes, which Chongyun sometimes didn't like, and it's already happened a few times.

Just as another jumpscare appeared, Chongyun slightly jumped. Xingqiu quickly grabbed ahold of Chongyun's arm and nuzzled into it, which made Chongyun turn slightly red, although it wasn't visible due to the room being quite dark.

"Hey, let go."

"Oh my bad, sorry." Xingqiu apologized, turning slightly pink from what happened.

"Well that was great!" Xiangling enthusiastically said. 

"Xiangling that movie scared the shit out of me y'know." Venti said, still shaking a bit from the movie.

Albedo and Sucrose came out of the room, not showing an ounce of fear in their bodies.

"So what did you two think of the movie?" Xiangling asked the two.

"It's was alright, Sucrose just fell asleep and I didn't pay much mind." Albedo replied.

"Wow, so you two just didn't pay attention, so I just bought the tickets for nothing?" Xiangling replied, faking a sad face.

"No don't worry, I still watched some of it." Albedo monotonously replied. 

"Ah don't worry about it, I was only joking, anyways, you two blue haired geeks, I saw what went on." Xiangling said putting on a smug look.

"What do you mean?" Xingqiu asked, genuinely confused. 

"Oh y'know, totally not the arm holding." 

"Oh my god stop, we're not a couple." Chongyun replied.

"Never said you guys were."

"..."

"Alright well thanks for coming you guys, I'll see you at school!" Xiangling said as she left the theater building.
