Chongyun stood at the front of the gate, waiting for a certain blue-haired boy as usual. It's been a few months, both boys have warmed up to one another, getting along much better than before.
"Where is he?" Chongyun pondered to himself, peeking around every second looking for him.
He proceeded to wait another few minutes, as much as he wanted to wait until he came, he also had classes to attend to.
After what had felt like forever, he saw a blue-haired boy running up to him, out of breath.
"Where were you?!" Chongyun asked the boy.
"Haha, sorry about that, I was in a bit of a rush. I overslept."
"You? You overslept? Am I hearing things right?"
"I'm not perfect, you know that Chongyun."
God he's so cute.
"It's alright, let's head off now, class is starting anyways."
They both parted away from the gate and onto first period.

After what seemed like forever, the final bell rang and Chongyun quickly rushed out of his class and back to the front gate.
Chongyun had decided that he would finally tell Xingqiu about what has been going on in his mind, although that was easier said than done. Thinking about it was easy, actually doing it was hard. Although he has tried several times, his attempts ended up in misery, his tongue always gets tied up when he tries to say those words.
"Hey, Yun'! Do you mind if we go over to your place?"
"Uh sure, but why?" Chongyun replied as his face turned slightly pink.
"Oh, I was just wondering if we could do our homework together!"
"Oh yeah sure, let's go."

"Hey, could you help me with this?" Chongyun asked, getting a bit puzzled on a certain question.
"Oh yeah sure, you take the variable here..."
Maybe now would be a good time to say it. Come on now say it.
"Yun', are you there?"
"Huh? Oh, yeah, thanks."
"Yun' are you ok?"
"Actually... nevermind."
"Alright then..."
"Fuck, why couldn't I say it" Chongyun mumbled to himself.
"Say what?" Xingqiu said, overhearing what Chongyun said.
"Oh nothing, I'll just go get dinner now." Chongyun replied, his face turning red.
"Alright, bring me some too!"

"Thanks for letting me stay over for some time Yun', I gotta go now, my mom's calling me."
There he was, about to leave. It's now or never I guess.
"Hey Xingqiu, before you leave-"
"Yeah?"
And there it was, he just couldn't say it. He stood still, trying to say it but his mouth wouldn't let him.
"Are you okay? I have to go soon Y-'"
He got close and gave the boy a small peck on the lips and quickly backed away.
