Ichiru POV
I watched as Hayami gave me one last smile before closing her eyes. I saw as her body went limp and that's when Lady Shizuka had finished. " What are you going to do to her Lady Shizuka? Is she gonna be alright?" I kept asking questions because I didn't know any better. Shizuka just smiled and nodded as she slit her hand and put it over the bowl. I saw the blood from her hand pour out into the bowl until it was about half way filled. She picked the bowl up and slowly moved it towards Hayami's mouth.
Shizuka poured her blood into the Hayami's mouth until it was empty. She then grabbed her book and started to chant the words. " The blood that is now in you, has pasted it's overdue..." She repeated it 4 times, then placed a Sakura petal on her forehead. She then walked out of the circle and watched as it created a crystal white barrier.
This is when the real magic starts...
The petal on her forehead had turned black and she floated up following the moon light. There were little butterflies fluttering around her as her appearance started to change. What was once light brown hair was now white and her hair grew longer. The lavender tips on her hair remained, but now she was a moon crescent on her wrist. She slowly floated down and the barrier left her.
I ran up to see if she was alright and a wave of relief hit me when I heard it beating.
Hayami Hio's POV (😏)
I saw light... It was so peaceful and gentle, I would stay there forever if I could. But I felt myself waking up as that warm gentle light disappeared.
I opened my eyes to see the same sakura tree and Ichiru's face looking at me happily. He hugged me and said " Your so beautiful." I smiled. So it must have worked. I am no longer a suffering Kuran anymore, but just a peaceful Hio.
I hugged him back and sat up. I noticed my hair had changed and saw a moon crescent on my wrist. " What's this Lady Shizuka?" I asked with no emotion. "That is your mark that shows you who you are now. You can not undo the spell that was just made because you no longer have Kuran blood running through you, so from now on you are and will always be a Hio." I widened my eyes with tears in them and smiled " Thank you so much Lady Shizuka!" I got up and ran to hug her. When I did I heard her say something I thought I would never hear.
"Please, Hayami call me sister."
