7) Leaving the Family

Y/n POV

I find it rather stupid having to go into a school with vampires and humans. Why can't there be one with out humans?

What's even worse is that I am going into the day class to make things less suspicious. Bullshit. But I can't argue with my sister. After all she has done for me it's the least I could do to make her happy.

I had my bags all packed and ready. I looked at Ichiru and gave a soft smile. I ran up to him and hugged him.

"I'm sorry I have to go so soon Ichiru"

"It's ok Y/n I'll see you soon."

I waved and walked out the estate. And the carriage was right infront of me. Next to it stood Shizuka.

"I'm sorry Y/n, but you'll have a better life making friends at that school then over here. And I must warn you, your use to be relatives are there. Your appearance is change, so they shouldn't notice you."

My eyes widened. I thought I would never see them again. My hair was white and it faded to pinkish color, so that wouldn't be noticeable. One of my eyes was the red- pink color like Shizukas and the other was e/c.

"Alright, thank you for the notice Sister."

"Have fun, I'll see you soon."

I nodded and stepped into the carriage.

A few hours later

I had fallen asleep in the carriage. Sadly, we were here already. All I have to do is smile and mask everything I'm feeling.

I stepped out the carriage and bowed to the driver thanking him.

"I don't need a pureblood bowing to a guy like me, but thank you."

He spoke so nervously.

"Don't worry I insist, I mean you did drive hours for me to get here."

"Alright have fun, Lady Y/n."

"Thank you."

You were now infront of the building. It was night and the sky was so peaceful. I started to walk up to the school. Being in a human class shouldn't be too bad right?

You opened the doors and walked in. You followed the halls until you were met up with the Headmasters door.

You sighed and slid the door open. There stood the head master with a somewhat excited face?

"Awwwwww, you must be the new student. I am Kaien Cross, Headmaster of this school!"

I was startled by his excitement, but smiled feeling a warm welcome. I shook his hand.

"Do you really not remember me, Kaien?"

His eyes widened as he realized who it was.

"Well if it isn't Hayami Hio? How are you doing! It's been so long and I would love to catch up with an old friend!"

"I'm good thanks for asking!"

"Wait why are you going into the day class? Aren't you a pureblood you should be with the night class."

"Hmmmm, do you think it's too late to switch?"

"I'm sure Shizuka won't mind me switching right?"

"Of course! It would be nice to have a female pureblood in the night class! It needs a woman's touch anyways."

"He has always been the sassy one indeed."
