Affirmations are phrases said (in your head or out loud) to help shift. I say them in my head cause I find it easier.
I usually use affirmations in the past tense, like instead of saying "I will shift" I say "I have shifted". I also use present tense ("I am shifting"). You can use any one of the three (though I do not recommend future tense unless you're saying it during the day before you shift).
Present/Past tense
I am going to go to my desired reality.
Tonight I will shift.
I am shifting to _______.(place you're shifting to)
I can shift successfully.
I will wake up in my desired reality.
Past tense
I am in my desired reality.
I am in my desired body.
I know I have shifted realities.
I have shifted to ______. (place you're shifting to)
I am no longer in my current reality (or old reality).
Other
I am not attached to my current reality.
Shifting is natural for me.
I know shifting realities is real.
I don't even need to feel symptoms to shift but I can definitely feel them 100%.
