Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes. 

Repeat "I am" again and again. Just the two words. Repeat until you feel any symptoms. (Fun fact, the "I am" is a part of the Julia Method) 

Start counting from 0 to 100 VERY SLOWLY. You can put in some affirmations too, but it's not necessary. You should feel more symptoms, but it's okay if you don't.

After you finish counting, start repeating identity affirmations. Anything like, "my name is _____" "my best friend is _____" "I live in ____" Ect, etc. Keep doing this until you feel disconnected from your physical body.

Start visualizing your DR. Where you live, your friends, etc, etc. If you're not good at visualizing then feel your DR. What it smells like, the temperature, the general vibe, etc, etc.


This one is one of the more effective ones for me. I got very close to shifting on my second try. My only problem is focusing on what I'm doing. That's why I recommend meditating!
