Chapter; Seven

"Ugh, you're damn useless." Signora huffed as she rolled her eyes, much to Ajax's disliking.

"When are you gonna take me seriously?! You think I'm joking, do you?" Ajax raised his tone and his eyebrows curved inwards, indicating his frustration.

"I really mean it! Fandango Man is getting more cringe lately!"

"That's not a good reason and terrible explaining!"

"It's true! Believe me Signora!"

"Ugh I know he's cringe but it's hard for me to imagine him going out with anybody. He's cringe but he's stingy as well. This makes him hard to approach."

"Not to mention sour and grumpy. And also short and evil. And also-"

"Ughhh I get it. I would feel bad for anyone who would date that guy."

Ajax shifted his focus from La Signora over to Scaramouche who had made an appearance, looking rather gleeful.

"Hey Fandango Man! You're as red as The Crimson Witch of Ember."

Scaramouche remembered the moment before he arrived back. Kazuha left, but before that he kissed him on the cheek.

Scaramouche made an annoyed expression, his anger swallowing up his face. Ajax sighed and looked back at La Signora.

"I forgot to mention... he also gets angry with things that don't even matter.."

Scaramouche adjusted his headpiece before turning around and leaving. Before he exited the area, he looked back and gave a look of pure fury.

He then walked out as if he never turned around. Ajax relaxed and La Signora closed her eyes, thinking about how stupid the other two can be.

When Signora opened her eyes again, she noticed Ajax looking in another direction. Ajax immediately got down on his knees, and so did Signora.

The one standing before them..

Was the Tsaritsa.

"What are you two babbling on about? The Balladeer dating somebody?" The Tsaritsa stood there confidently, arms crossed, waiting for an answer.

"Your Royal Highness, what we were discussing were just mere speculations. Please don't take it too seriously. The information on our hands is very little, therefore we are unsure of the answer." Signora spoke up, explaining the heart of their conversation.

Ajax nodded in sync with Signora's words, them both still on their knees. "If you do find concrete evidence, and prove the Balladeer is in a relationship with someone, let me know. Immediately." The Tsaritsa said the last few words a little more fiercely.

Both Signora and Ajax nod before excusing themselves and dashing out. As they leave, they hear the Tsaritsa mumbling out a sentence or two.

"He mustn't be in a relationship, it will only slow him down. If I find out he is in a romantic relationship.. I will put an end to it."
