Being around a dozen new people, my anxiety was at an all-time high. Kuroo pulled me to the sofa to sit me in between him and Kenma, which was strangely comforting. "Calm down, everyone here is really nice once you get to know them." He whispered in my ear, the sudden closeness surprising me. I nodded nervously and sort of spaced out while facing the TV , where Kenma's DS was plugged into.

"AGggKkAAaaSHII ISN'T THAT-" Bokuto started, but was soon cut off with Konoha putting a hand over his mouth.

"She's a classmate of mine, yes." Akaashi said with his usual, monotone voice, turning his head to look straight at the TV.

Across from me, I could see Sugawara something on his phone with people around it. It wasn't until a minute after that I realized it was a video, of my practice with the Light Music Club. Embarrassed, I hid my crimson lit face behind my hands. Can't believe Ren-senpai uploaded that on facebook, he didn't even tell me about it!

"Sera-chan could we hear a live version of this? Pleeeeeeeease!" Nishinoya, Tanaka and Hinata asked in unison.

"Um... I'm not confident singing in front of people..." 

"Aren't you performing in your school's cultural festival though?" Sugawara asked.

"Yes..."

"Well, there's less people here than there's going to be at the festival!" He smiled.

I guess that's true...

"How are you gonna perform for a hundred people if you can't even sing for us here?" Kuroo asked.

"I guess I can sing a little bit." The boys reacted with smiles, waiting in anticipation. I need to get used to singing in front of people.

Breathe in. Breathe out. Just do it like practiced.

I started softly, "As much as you were lonely, I hope you find someone who will love you more than you love yourself. I'm sorry it wasn't me."

"It's not easy to give my heart to you." I closed my eyes, to calm my nerves.

"Please don't say that... You know that it hurts more to hear that." I opened my mouth wider to project my voice for the line.

"You told me you'll love me, so what's this?"

"You will never know what feelings you caused me." I softly sang.

 "Will you be honest with me, You know I believe your every word. Like you said, one day, will I be loved by someone who is like me?"

I finished and opened my eyes, looking at the room.

"That was even better than the video!" Hinata shouted, making me blush.

"SERA-CHAN YOU ARE SO GOOOOOD!" Bokuto yelled. The other guys nodded in agreement. I gave him a little giggle and thanked him.

Somehow, after singing, all the anxiety I felt before went away. Maybe I'm not as bad as I thought? Or they're just too nice to say otherwise.

The tournament started, with 1v1s. Everyone was watching intently at Inuoka and Hinata battling it out, cheering for either side. It was best of 5s for every matchup and everybody had their turn. Unsurprisingly, the candidates for finals were Kenma and I. At some point, I took off my jacket since it was starting to feel hot. Stretching my fingers, I get ready for the match with Kenma. Kenma ended up winning, which surprised nobody.

"All you fat-asses finished the snacks before movie time!" Kuroo yelled. "So I'm gonna have two people go buy more." He smirked. He grabbed a bundle of paper and wrote down everyone's name on each little piece. Then he gave them to Kenma to pick two out for him.
