I was right, nothing could be as simple as Anna pictured it much less with people as complicated as Andrey and Selena. Spending more time with Andrey, helping his father's gym? I don't know.

"Sooo, what do you think? Will you do that teeny tiny sacrifice, to spend more time with me?" I hear Anna ask.

I look up to see her and instantly regret it. She has that Puss in Boots expression with the huge eyes that makes it impossible for me to say no to whatever she asks me. Why do women have to be so manipulative?

"Of course, I'm willing to do whatever you want to spend more time with you." I say firmly. However, ten seconds after realizing what I said I instantly regret it.

"Ok, so let me guess this was your attempt to get revenge on me," I say to Andrey once I'm finished sweeping his father's gym while he's just watching.

"Look Aaron when Beth talked to us about her great idea neither I nor Selena agreed on it and had a discussion with Beth and Cleo. However we came to an agreement. If we had to sacrifice our time with someone like you, you'd have to sacrifice your energy for us, and what better way to do it than helping my father doing the cleaning."

"Someone like me? What's that supposed to mean7"

"Yes, someone like you. An arrogant jerk, who thinks he can have the world under his power." He says, clearly annoyed by my presence.

"Look Petrovoc, what you see, what you think you know, it's just the image I decide to give people about me. Arrogant, jerk, idiot, imbecile, egocentric. That's the image I chose. You want to know why? Because that's the only way to be seen. That's what people praise. And in the world we live in if you're not seen you're not remembered. Just so you know I don't want to end up like your little friend Selena. She can have all the brains she wants to have but no one worthy has ever seen her. Like she once told me she is invisible."

"Look you fool, I'm not going to tolerate any type of disrespect towards Selena, so you better think twice before opening your mouth."

"Ey big boy, I understand. You didn't even let me finish my moment of inspiration. Selena is a wonderful person who likes being kept in the shadows. I admire her because unlike me she helped Anna become more self-confident, well her and Cleo did. The point is I will always be grateful to her for allowing me to have my best friend back. However it is clear we are complete opposites and we will never get along. I'm Mr. Popular and she's Miss Invisible after all. We will never have the same goal."

"I guess you will prove yourself to us tomorrow night," he grumbles while he leaves.

"Aaron I need you to act like the man you are and come to my house, my parents want to meet you, and I won't have a no for an answer," I hear Amber squeal. Ugh I can't stand her. She is insufferable!

"Look Amber it isn't my fault you lied to your parents telling them you had a marvelous boyfriend whom you go to dates with to the movies every Friday night when in reality you and your little followers go to clubs with guys much older than you,"

"Aaron," she squeals, "you can't do that to me. That'll be a humiliation for myself and you can't humiliate me in front of my parents." She says.

"I'm busy tonight I can't go meet your parents and I hope you didn't give them my name because you will regret that for sure. Just make something up. Tell them your boyfriend had some personal problems or better yet tell them he doesn't exist. That way maybe they take you to an asylum and they fix all the problems you have in your head," I don't even wait for her response when I turn around to leave.

"YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS LEEEEE!" I hear her scream once I'm getting into my Lamborghini Sian Roadster.

"Remember, let them see who you truly are, Aaron. For once stop being that authentic popular jerk we all know. Be the person you want to be, not the one you are just to get attention." Annabeth advises me before we enter Cleopatra's basement.
