THE ACADEMY INFIRMARY
Peter carried an unconscious Laura in a bridal style carry to the academy's infirmary, led by Logan. They both entered the infirmary, they saw a woman sitting at the nurse's desk, reading some files and their entry gained her attention.
" Cecilia we need a bed to lay Laura down," said Logan to the woman, she is Dr Cecilia Reyes, the medic doc of the mutants and now she's working as the nurse for the academy." What happened now? Did the kids fight again? No, it won't be possible for any kid to harm her and not come along with her to share the infirmary! It must be you who harmed her! right?" Questioned Cecilia in a serious tone, she had noticed spiderman with Logan but dismissed him as the harm doer. She knows him, he doesn't have any mean bone in him because she has seen him do good things in New York and help all. They haven't interacted much as they have met only once or twice.
" uh? Doc, it was me this time, we had a light spar that got out of hand...so I had to, you know, make her unconscious," said Spidey in embarrassment.
Cecilia looked shocked at Spiderman, she hadn't thought he will be the one for Laura's condition.
" wh...what?" She asked Surprised.
" Doctor, be surprised later first do the job!" Interjected Logan.
" oh..ok" she guided them towards a spare bed, spidey laid Laura down carefully.
Spider then stretched a little but he again heard a sound of tearing fabric as his suit tore further.
His ripped obliques were seen, and the ripped triceps also peeked out of the suit. Spidey sighed heavily as he looked at his torn suit, he missed the hard stare of Cecilia as she focused hard on his peeking muscles for quite some time but gained her composure quickly but Logan noticed her and sighed.
" Doc do you have a stapler?" Asked Spiderman sheepishly.
" I have," said Cecilia as she gave him the stapler, Spidey tried to fix his hit with it but he missed some of the spots.
" Let me help you," she said as she took the stapler and patched his suit and unknowingly coped some feel of his muscles.
" If you two are done with your business, Spider you have a class to teach in 10 minutes," said Logan with a flat tone, hearing him Cecilia quickly distanced herself from Spidey and turned away to hide her slight blush of embarrassment.
" whenever she wakes up, I will send her to her class," informed Cecilia in a serious tone, trying to mask her embarrassment.
" Thanks, doc, she will wake up anytime soon," said Spidey as he carefully waved at her so as not to unravel the staple. He and Logan got out of the infirmary, leaving Laura in Cecile's care.
" Wasn't the doc being quite friendly with you?" Logan mocked Spidey.
" You think so? " asked Spidey a little surprised.
" it's not fun to pull your leg when you don't even notice your surroundings! But I have to say she's not that friendly with anyone, she's, what youngsters today say? right! She's quite a strict and prude person," said Logan with a sigh.
" Nah she's pretty chill for me, she's the only person here who hasn't given me a cold shoulder as of yet, as others did," muttered Spidey.
" I know you bub, everyone will come around," encouraged Logan in his gruff tone.
" After watching you spar with Laura, I need to ask for your help," continued Logan in a serious tone.
" What can I help you with?" Asked Spidey surprised.
