Chapter 23 - Grocery Shopping

Everything has been pretty quiet in the past two weeks, Jason and Patricia are helping me set up a party at my house, I needed to get my head out of everything.

Every night I dream of my mom and every time I see her die a horrible death and I wake up screaming and crying, so Jason and Patricia started to sleep at my house to try and see if I was okay but I also knew that they needed to go home and stay with their families.

My dad wasn't picking up any of my calls, and I'm starting to get worried I even tried and call his friends but that was also a dead end.

Today after school I needed to go pick up some groceries for the party I was very hyped for that, so Jason offered to help me and I gladly accepted.

So I just grabbed my coffee and my grocery list, and got out of my house I decided to go with my Jeep since the roads have been full of stuff from the bad weather, I really hope that when we do the party the weather will be okay.

I got to school pretty quickly, I was kinda out off it until I noticed something or should I say someone parked close to the school entrance it was that guy that was talking with Ms.Adams a few weeks back, I didn't like him one bit, his vibe was way off.

Was he waiting for her again, if yes he was a fucking creep, what's is deal man. Should I let her know, maybe I should but I don't want her to think that I'm intruding on her business.

I parked my car and walk inside the school, I had texted Jason and Patricia to meet me at my locker, I was about to text them when I bumped into someone, and guess who it is, the person who makes my heart almost jump out of my chest every time she looks at me, that makes me wanna kiss her and slap the shit out of her every time she's a bitch to me, do I have problems??? Hell yes, I do, I never said I was normal did I?

Sorry miss, I didn't see you I said looking at her up and down checking her out and let me tell you she looks hot as hell.

It's okay I was looking neither she said and I know she saw me checking her out because I could see a smirk forming in the corner of her mouth.

You probably should she said and that's when I felt her finger rubbing on my skin while she passed me to go on her way.

What the ... fuck just happen? Did she just do that in the middle of the hallway, I'm going crazy. Boy, she makes me weak on my knees.

Hey, Riley are you okay? Asked Jason waving his hand in front of my face.

Hmmm...what? I asked coming to my senses.

Are you okay? He asked again.

Oh yes, sure...let's go I need to grab some books from my locker I said.

By the time we had everything we needed to go to class, we were running late so we just started to sprint down the hall, Miss Adams was still by the door receiving students and she just smiled at us while passing her.

I'm glad you guys made it on time and without falling this time. She said smiling.

I was trying really hard to pay attention to the class but it was proving to be a hard task, especially with her teaching I forgot more and more that she was a teacher and that I was her student, but my heart just couldn't accept it, I just see her as a love interest and it breaks my heart that I cannot be with her hold her, love her. Sometimes I wonder if she will really give me a chance at the end of the year or if she just says that she would just for me to quit trying and get my heart broken, but then she does stuff as she did in the hallway, looks at me with a look that's everything but holy.
