Mina.
I took a deep breath trying to control my body from shuddering. I'm very nervous on what will happen. It's the first interview I'll ever do after Kento's passing.
There were a knock then the door opened. It was Ren, my agent. He went in and sat at the couch in front of me.
Ren: They're all here. Their questions have been incorporated to our set of questions. Would you like to read it?
Me: No.
Ren: Are you sure you're okay? You don't have to do this.
I smiled at him and stood.
Me: But I chose to. They need to know.
He nodded and stood.
Ren: Just send us a sign if you want to stop it. Grab your earring or do anything.
Me: Okay.
He guided me towards the door. I stopped in front of it, closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I nodded at him and he opened the door. We went out of the suite and went to the venue at the hotel's grand room.
As soon as the hotel's staff opened the Grand room's door, hundreds of flashes greeted me. I forgot how chaotic it was yet I pretended it doesn't bother me. I went in the room wearing a faint smile.
It is awkward and nerve wracking as I walked wih six body guards appeared by my side, escorting me towards the stage.
The host/interviewer is Yamato, who is my friend and also the same agency as mine. I feel at ease with him so it'll lessen the nervousness. When I reached the side of the stage, the floor director gave Yamato the signal to start the show.
Yamato: Good evening, I'm Yamato. Welcome to Midnight chat with Yamato. Tonight's a special episode. For the first time ever we'll have an exclusive interview with one of the best actress today, Myoi Mina.
The crowd applauded as I climbed the stairs. Yamato came to fetch me and led me towards the couch. It took a few seconds before the crowd stopped clapping.
Yamato: Wow, I think that's the longest clap my audience has ever done in my show.
The crowd and I laughed at him.
Yamato: Can't blame you guys, who wouldn't clap when you see a pretty and talented actress like her. Some of you were even clapping open mouthed.
Me and the crowd laughed again. He really is funny and also a great host that's why I agree to appear on his show.
Yamato: Well hello there Mina, it's good to see you again.
Me: Good to see you too, I see you haven't changed.
Yamato: I hope so. Maybe that's why I still have an audience.
The crowd laughed again.
Yamato: Enough about me, how are you?
Me: I'm good, much better now.
Yamato: That's great to know. Glad to see you're back at it.
I smiled at him.
Yamato: We all know what happened this past few months. How are you coping up?
Me: I'm trying my best to cope up with a lot of help with my family.
Yamato: Yeah, your brother said you were at your parent's, right?
