Car Trouble

Kalea's POV

Me and Cyborg just finished puttin' the tarp on the new thing we built togetha. The team comes in the garage. "Drum roll, please." At my request, Beast Boy turns into a lemur and continues to whack his belly.

"Ladies and gentlemen, and whatever Beast Boy is..." Cyborg looked at the lemur as I looked confused at his form.

Beast Boy changed back to a human angrily. "Hey, Cyborg, Kalea. You want a drum roll or not?"

"Sorry. It is our greatest pleasure to present for the first time anywhere, thing thing you've all been waiting for, our coolest, hottest, baddest creation-"

"Just get on with it." Raven cuts Cyborg off impatiently.

"-We give ya the future of Titans transportation, the one, the only..." I continued as Cyborg lifts up the tarp to reveal a car with the same design as Cyborg himself. "The T-Car!" I wiped the car grease off my my hands with a rag.

The team stare in admiration, except Raven who looks unfazed.

"Dude!" Beast Boy exclaimed.

"Cool!" Robin shouts.

"Oooooh!" Starfire calls.

Cyborg grins at their reaction as I pats the new car with a big smile. "Yep, she's our baby." I hugged the car.

"100 thousand horsepower plasma turbine engine..." Cyborg begins.

"All-terrain hoverjets..." I interjects.

"Antilock air brakes..." I continued.

"And an onboard computer that links with my systems, so I can literally feel the road." Cyborg finished.

"Whoa!" Beast Boy says as Robin whistled.

"Amazing!" Starfire exclaimed.

I rolled the windows of the car down, to give them a view of the interior. "And of course leather seats, power windows, and a boomin' stereo all standard." I explained.

The speakers pop out the car and blast music, it was so loud that it sends the others back except me and Cyborg. "My personal installment might I add." I crossed my arms bein' proud of myself.

"Sweet!" Beast Boy smiles sheepishly.

"Nice!" Robin says.

"It sings!" Starfire noted, with her hair largely untamed.

"Can we go now?" Raven stands, still not affected by our presentation.

Cyborg wasn't fazed by of her sarcasm and beamed in response. "You bet, Raven. I'll take you anyplace you want to go."

"The beach!"

"The movies."

"The swamp moons of Drenthax IV!" I scrunched my face in confusion as the boys fall over at her response. Starfire blushes in embarrassment.

Robin's communicator sounds off as he stands up on his feet. "Trouble!"

"I'll drive!" I say enthusiatically, and already at the wheel. The others join me as the car gets ready to drive.

"Are we there yet?" Raven asked. Me and Cyborg glanced at each other, both looked annoyed.

"No!" Cyborg and I said in anger.

Starfire rides shotgun, and her hands fly all over the dashboard. "So many fascinating buttons! Your baby is most entertaining...Ooooh!"

My eyes opened wide as she starts pressin' buttons. "Stop!... Don't... Careful with... Not the ejector seat!... Would ya cut it out..." My efforts are useless, and she stares at the windshield wipers in awe as they started to move on her command.
