I waited for so long for him. I waited days, weeks, maybe even months for him. Why hasn't he come back yet? It feels like I've been laying in the same spot for so long. I haven't even gotten up to eat or drink. I felt sick. Why did he abandon me? Now I had no more friends, no more family, and no more people to talk to. At this point, I was wishing that Dipper had stayed. I decided that the best thing to do was sleep now...

~A few hours later...~

It felt cold when I started to wake up. However, it felt like my arms and legs were pinned to something and I could hear chattering all around. I slowly opened my eyes and everything went silent. That's when I saw where I was. I was back in that cave full of Haunter and Gengar. I was sitting on the floor, chains tight around my wrists and ankles attaching me to the ground.

I looked around at all of them. They were all silently staring back at me, however, some still muttered and whispered to each other. Suddenly they came to some sort of agreement and passed a bowl of green goo to a remarkably small Gengar and pushed them toward me. The Gengar slowly waddled toward me, their arms trembling as they came closer as if I was some sort of monster. I noticed that this Gengar was a female one.

"P-Please drink this..." I heard her say shyly as she held the bowl out for me to take it.

I heard a voice in the crowd say, "Oh come on! Don't be so nervous, Ginger! You're such a wimp!"

She simply inched the bowl closer to my face as I continued to not take it.

"Oh my god, here, I got this," a Haunter said, shoving Ginger to the side and grabbing the bowl from her. "Drink!" it said, shoving the brim up to my lips.

"I don't want to," I said, turning my head away.

The Haunter growled in frustration. It tried to pry my mouth open, but I kept it shut. I even bit one of his fingers to make him stop. "Someone help me out here, this chick is being too stubborn," said the Haunter, turning to the rest of the group. They all looked at each other and then all of them turned to look at someone who was all by themselves.

Gengar. My Gengar. He was sitting all alone on a rock near the cage, which was now empty. He and I locked eyes, both of our ears lowering in unison. "Hey oddball, get off your tail and help me, you lazy ball of gas!" the Haunter yelled over to him, waving his hand, gesturing for him to come to where we were.

I could hear him sigh as he got up and started to walk towards us, the crowd stepping aside for him to get through. When he stopped next to the Haunter, he grinned at me and said, "Long time no see, Cleffina."

My ears lowered further in fury. "Why would you betray me, Gengar..." I said, feeling my rage and pain rise.

"That's just who I am, darling. I told you to be careful. I guess you were too blind to see that you were making friends with an extremely dangerous Pokemon," he said, his grin getting wider and his eyes crueler than I've ever seen them.

I could feel myself start to cry as some in the crowd started to giggle and whisper to each other. Gengar grabbed the bowl from the Haunter, however, instead of giving it to me like how I expected, he poured the goo into his mouth but did not swallow it. That's when he suddenly grabbed the sides of my face and pressed his lips against mine.

My ears shot up in surprise as I felt my mouth opening, the goo quickly flowing into my mouth and down my throat. I tried to raise my arms up to push him off of me, but the chains kept them from reaching him. When all the goo was out of his mouth, he stepped away from me as I tried to cough it up.

"My god, you're disgusting!" The Haunter said, looking grossed out from what Gengar did.

"Yeah? Well, at least I got the job done, unlike you two," he said, licking his lips, glancing back at me.

I felt my eyelids get heavy as they all started to congratulate Gengar for what he did. I started to see the regret in his eyes as I slowly started to pass out from being overwhelmed...

~Later...~

I felt myself waking up again, feeling nauseous, however, it was quiet now. I felt that I was no longer chained for some reason. I slowly opened my eyes and saw that no one was in the cave anymore except the one in front of me. Gengar. He had been holding the chains that were keeping me in place. Although he seemed genuinely happy that I was awake, I was so blinded by rage that I instantly slapped him in the face. He was shocked as he placed a hand on the red mark left on his cheek.

"HOW COULD YOU BETRAY ME! HOW DARE YOU DO THIS TO ME!" I shouted at him, beyond outraged.

His ears quickly lowered. "I-I'm sorry Cleffina, I-"

"YOU ARE NOT SORRY! DON'T EVEN TRY WITH THAT. YOU KNEW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WERE DOING. IF YOU WERE REALLY SORRY, YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE TRUTH!" I screamed, shooting up.

I breathed heavily as I looked down at him. He stayed quiet for a moment before he looked up at me, his eyes widening suddenly. "C-Cleffina...y-your fur..." he squeaked, slowly pointing at me.

"What?" I said. I slowly looked down at my hands and gasped in shock. There were dark purple patches slowly forming all over my body and I quickly felt my wings getting pointer. "W-What's happening to me?!" I exclaimed, instantly starting to panic.

He got up quickly. "I don't know! Let me help-"

"NO! Don't touch me!" I said quickly, backing away from him. I suddenly barfed up green goo and began to cry because of the pain filling my body. My eyes stung as I saw that green goo flowing out instead of tears. "Please make it stop!" I sobbed, starting to feel lightheaded.

I felt myself fall to the ground as everything went red. The last thing I could see before my vision faded completely was the puddle of green I had created...
