You think you did it. Did you really do it? You stared at your messy writing on the notebook. This was plan S out of all the alphabet. You reviewed the steps you wrote down and it just made you swoon over it. It was it... it was it! There was no helicopter or filming involved! You cheered to yourself and flopped backwards, accidentally whacking yourself on the coffee table. Except you didn't care. Nope, because you finally had a plan down from these past two weeks!

Yeah, it's been two weeks since your encounter with Jimin and it was tiring. You sat back up, ignoring the throbbing pain from where you hit yourself. You looked at all the notebook paper that was crumpled up around with your messy writing decorating them. Yeah, there were a lot of them but at least you came up with something! As you picked up the papers, you were happily humming. Tomorrow was when you set the plan in motion! Or at least try to.

Greeting Hoseok once you walked into work, you headed towards the back to grab your apron. Now, it was time to find the perfect moment to ask him. You're just not sure when that is. All morning, you hesitated a little and when you tried to talk to him, a customer came in. Of all days today, people really wanted flowers.

So for most of the morning, you had to suffer with the anxiety of each time you were going to ask Hoseok only for a customer to come in. You liked that people were supporting the shop but you need to talk with him! It wasn't until well until the store was going to close that you finally found a chance. At this hour, most people were going home so they didn't have time to stop by the shop. As you were sweeping up, you glanced over at Hoseok.

He was cleaning up the counter, wiping it down for the day. This was it. Taking a deep breath, your grip on the broom tightened. You could feel yourself become nervous almost like you were back in the ocean and ready to fight a giant shark. Then you asked him the question that you wanted to ask all day.

"Did you want to go with me to the new restaurant?" You asked, a hint of hope in your voice.

"Which one?" Hoseok looked like he was trying to remember which one was new.

"It's the one by the ocean and on the..." Oh Poseidon. You forgot the name of the walkway on the beach! No, remember it brain and quick!

Thankfully, Hoseok got the word for you. "You mean on the boardwalk?"

"Oh yes." You felt a bit awkward but tried to change the subject back to the restaurant. "It's a new seafood restaurant. Did you want to go? I want to try it out."

Hoseok nodded. "Sure. I like seafood. When did you want to go?"

He accepted! Keep calm! You'll scream later at home! Your heart was beating so fast you were afraid he was going to hear it. "This weekend?"

"Let's go this weekend at lunch time then." Hoseok smiled at you and you could practically feel your heart explode. The plan was in motion!

Once the weekend came, you were so excited! You dressed your best, putting on your favorite outfit with the best jeans and making sure you had enough money for this lunch. As you walked towards the beach, you couldn't help but smile. You left the apartment early since you couldn't quite contain yourself. Upon reaching the boardwalk, you took a seat at one of the benches.

A few feet away was the restaurant where you could smell the cooked fish. You wonder how it would taste. All this time you've been just eating like you would if you were in the ocean - raw and with your hands. This time, you remember to eat like a human. After all this time you've been outside in the world, you would use the utensils but at home was when you could eat comfortably.

You sighed and leaned back. In front of you was the ocean. It was nice today with the sun shining down on the sea making it sparkle. Kids were screaming and splashing each other while some adults laid on the beach. Your eyes found people with long boards and you were curious to what they were doing. Oh, that's cool! You've never seen people riding the ocean waves with those boards before! It looks kind of fun but you don't trust yourself. You continued to admire the ocean and Hoseok appeared before you.

"You're here early." Hoseok grinned.

"I am?" You lied because you are not saying the reason why you're here early. Nope.

Hoseok took a glance at the ocean. "Let's go inside, yeah?"

You nodded and happily followed Hoseok inside. Okay, part one of your plan is going smoothly! Part two includes getting to him to be comfortable and part three includes walking along the beach and saying how you're feeling! This is going to be good!

Fish was still not as fresh on land than in the ocean but it was still better with Hoseok to eat with! Even if the fish is cooked. The oceanaire was salty and you loved it. It sort of felt like home without actually getting into the ocean. You gazed out to the sea, wondering if your family was worried about you. Maybe your younger siblings, father and Irene did. You're not sure of your mother and Jihyo.

"Do you like the ocean?" Hoseok asked.

Oops! You must have been staring too long. "Yeah. It's so pretty, don't you think?"

Hoseok glanced towards the big blue sea. "It does. Except for the fact that I can't swim."

You looked at him in surprise. "You can't swim?"

Hoseok shook his head. "Nah. I'm terrible at it. One time I almost drowned as a kid, so I've been kind of afraid of large bodies of water for a while."

"Oh, I'm sorry." You didn't know why you apologized but it felt right to you.

"It's okay. It's a fear I must overcome." Hoseok sent you a smile your way. It made your heart skip a beat. Ugh, one day he was going to kill you with that pretty smile! You're not sure how long your heart can take it!

"I'm sure you will!" You encouraged him. Hoseok chuckled and you two continued talking. It was going so peacefully just like the ocean. And sometimes the ocean can be unpredictable which ruins this peaceful moment. A wave crashed down so hard that you were going to climb over this railing and dive into the ocean right then and there.

A strong force came down hard on the back of your chair, making you and even Hoseok become startled. "So, this is where you've been all this time, Y/N?" A cold and familiar voice asked you.

You slowly turned around, meeting the eyes of Jihyo. And boy, did she look pissed off.
