Do you ever see the world as though you are looking at a TV screen?
Does the grass and sky appear a little too bright?
Does it seem like there's a filter changing your perspective?
I feel like I'm sitting in my own head controlling my body like I'm in some first person video game
It always seems... fake? Or at least it is to me
As it turns out, this view on the world is called derealization
Of course, most of the time you feel real but sometimes nothing does... not even your own body
It feels like I'm stuck in some boring simulation and occasionally I notice the article appearance of the world I appear to be in
