I was bored out of my mind sitting here all alone in this stupid hospital room. I was surfing through the channels but stopped on AMC where they were showing replays of old episodes from The Walking Dead (a/n: i miss Beth so much oml) .
Just then, Brittany stopped by my room. Her hair was a bit messy, half of her shirt was unbuttoned.
That's strange, something must've happened to her. But do I care? Absolutely not.
She came in my room and said, "Feel better princess. Oh, please tell Steven that he was great." Brittany smirked, leaving me devastated and heartbroken.
Steven wouldn't do this to me would he?...
Of course not, he'd never play me like this..
Unless.. All of this was an act.
I couldn't think straight at all right now, I have to many things going on and thinking about this right now makes it worse.
What I really need is a long nap. My eyes were getting heavier and heavier. I was about to fall asleep but then Steven came in my room.
"Hey Summer, I just came to check on you." He flashed me a small smile.
"I'm fine." I carelessly said, not looking at him once at all.
"Okay, well that's good to hear." Why is he acting like nothing happened back there with him and Brittany? He's just making me more angry.
"So I was gonna ask if-"
"Steven, can you please go? I don't want you here right now.." I cut him off.
"Oh.." He sadly said. "Okay. Sorry for bothering you.." He left without saying anything else after that.
I did hurt me to say that to him but I honestly didn't want to see him right now.
steven's pov
My heart is shattered to pieces at this very moment. Why would she tell me to leave like that? She's never been this way before. Was it something I said? Whatever happened, I will find out soon. I can't just leave her like that. I need an explanation and I will get one soon.
